Actually, the size of the lightbox will adjust to the content of what you put there.

Thanks for your purchase.
That’s happening because the images that the content.xml imports are not currently online. Do not worry, because all the content will be imported perfectly, just add your own images and include them in your posts.

I’m still quite a newb when it comes to building sites myself. I’m currently using the prettyphoto lightbox since I need to display video but when I am trying to put in an external link it gives the error message “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”
If it’s not possible to put in an external link using Prettyphoto is it possible to put in a link on the full size image in the description tag?

Overall I have been happy with this theme, however, my lightboxes do not work. The fancy box will not load and the pretty photo says that all the vimeo videos do not exist. The pretty photo was working then suddenly stopped. The videos all play perfectly fine in vimeo and when I turn off the light box scripts, they play fine as full screen but I do want them in the light boxes. Can you help?

I’m using the default version, and was wondering how can I change the lightbox background overlay colour. It currently lightens the whole site when a user clicks on an image in the gallery and i’d prefer it if it darkened instead?

Open the file “header.php”. In line #34, you will find the fancybox function. Currently, it looks like this:
jQuery(function(){ jQuery("a[rel=gallery]").fancybox({ titleShow: false }); });You have to change it to this:
jQuery(function(){ jQuery("a[rel=gallery]").fancybox({ titleShow: false, overlayOpacity: 0.8, overlayColor: #000 }); });Replace the numbers “0.8” and ”#000” with your desired values.

Hi. I’m mulling over buying this template. I like the look and movement, but can’t seem to find out if it allows for more media than what’s in the live demo or screenshots? Is there only a grid of 12 media slots, or can you add additional pages more more pics/videos etc?

You can add as many gallery items as you want. I put 12 as an example, there is no limit on the number of thumbnails.
I am currently working on an update of this theme, which will be released the next week. It includes several new features, like the possibility to include more than 1 image/video per gallery item, and a blog page.

1. Can I switch the top categories around, so that About comes before Portfolio, basically switching the column orders? 2. Is it possible to have more than 5 key categories, say 7 along the top? 3. In the Portfolio area, if I have a variety of media/sites to highlight, is there a way to separate them with a filter, or drop down menu so it’s easy to choose what to watch? I have vimeo videos, slideshow quicktimes, pics and want it to be clear for the view to select what they want to see.

1) The portfolio always appears at the top of the page.
2) You can add as many menu items as you want.
3) It is not possible to filter the gallery items.

Hi there, I’m pretty close to getting this done. This is what I just did:
In your Wordpress dashboard, navigate to Appearence->Themes->Install Themes->Upload and upload the .zip file.
BUT , here’s where I’m stuck:
Then, you have to activate the theme. Go to Appearence->Themes and activate Galeria.
I don’t see the galeria in my themes anywhere. I downloaded that zip file just fine. Was I supposed to unzip it before uploading?
Please make sure that you are uploading the file called GaleriaWP.zip

I’m having a problem with the logo though. I’m uploading it but it’s not showing on the website. In fact, no images are showing.
I even made it the required 50px (which by the way, can I make bigger, that’s way too small?).

Is there another way to get help with this thing? I mean, so I don’t have to wait hours between every answer to these problems I’m having with this theme? The images are all screwed up, the links go to strange places and nothing seems to be working right. Every time I ask about a problem, it takes hours to get an answer. This is ridiculous.

The updated version of the theme includes WP 3 .1 support.
You will have to set up your theme again, since it is a major update and changes several things, but it is worth it.
