Hello Pego,

I’ve installed your template, it’s very nice, non doubt. But loading is very very long (about 1 min)! How can I improve this parameter? W3 Total Cache installed, however. I don’t understand… tripot.fr

Hi there,

the loading time depeneds on how many pages and portoflio imtes you have. One option would be to make all portfolios open in a pop up and not lading a page for them.

Hello Pego,

I have the next questions and problems:

- It’s possible add more than one mark at Google Map? for example four situations at map. - Do you have any solution/fix for the Google Maps partially load? - My contact formulary doesn’t sends e-mails, i opened error_log on mail folder and shows this:

failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kzuekgww/public_html/new/wp-content/themes/genius/mail/MailHandler.php on line 2

Where is Mail.php? at my mail folder only have MailHandler.php

Hello! Great theme however I need help. Bought this theme as part of a bundle, and I can’t seem to find the short codes. The “shortcodes” page was simply html code, and not usable shortcodes that I’m familiar with from previous themes. I do have your documentation however. Can you help me locate the short codes please?

Hi,

look into folder documentation and see shortcodes.html. Open this file with some html editor and you will see some shortcodes for the pages.

Hello Pego,

I have purchased and installed your template and I am very happy with it.

One question, I cant seem to make the dynamic background to work, you know when you scroll down and the background stays the same? For example, in the “Portfolio” page in the demo:

The background remains static, while in my website if you scroll down, the background gets cut off:

Hi,

you must have the Background repeat set to no repeat. Also try adding “fixed” to Background position. If you still don’t get it ok, you might write us an email and ad a temp admin access to your site.

Hi there,

loading depends on the page content. One thing that can be done here is, if you would wish to have portoflio imtes open just as pop ups, that would make the loading time smaller, since there won’t be no pages for single portfolio items.

At the bottom of js/scripts.js you will find this:

The number 3500 are the milisecounds.

P.S. Where is preloading code. Can i disable preloading at all?

Hi there,

the preloading can’t be tiurn off, because then the outcome before the theme is loaded would be messy. Yes that is one option that reqiures not so little coding(portoflio opening needs to be done using ajax), an option (with less coding) is also to have all portoflio open with pop up.

Hi,

with somecustom work portoflio items could be opened with a pop up, not having a single page for them. LThey would open on title and image click the same way they open now if clicking on image. If you click on title now, you go to single page.
