thanks for showing interest in our theme. We haven’t tested the plugin you have pointed out. But we think there shouldn’t be any problems, althought we don’t 100% guarantee for each prlugin to work within the theme.

My fear is that it does not seem to work. This plugin includes ”?lang=xx” to every URL or ”/xx” to the domain for each language, but with this theme it is included also ”/#!” for the pages, so I am not sure if it could work well…

all pages have the same header, so it should take all content. The hash does need to stay ias it is, so no solution in that direction.

Hi, is there anyway to have a slower fade in on the slider? I can see how to extend the time before it changes but when it changes it is very quick.
Is there a way to have more of a gentle fade in rather than a very quick appearance of each new slide?

if you go to js/scripts.js file and serach for -> jQuery(’#banner’) ..
you can set: - slideShowDelay -> time of delay - easeType -> for example to ‘fadeIn’

this should be worrking if changing the banner javascript easeType to ‘fadeIn’ in the js/scripts.js file.
The spinner/preloader is there so that the site can fully load. It would look messy without it, but can be removed by removing it’s code.

I have another question. I’d like to change something else :
On te portfolio page, when clicking on the project’s thumbnail, I would like to link to the project page rather than having a fancy box of the thumbnail.
This way, class=”attachment-Portf4Col wp-post-image” (the thumbnail), and class=”folio-under-title”, would both link to the project page.

the best way to do this is to replace the google map api/div with an image you want. That will keep the size and everything. This has to be done in the code(home.php).

I’m currently using the ‘Genius’ Wordpress theme which is absolutely an awesome theme btw.
I just can’t help but notice at the end of my url, there is this code that I don’t understand why it’s there. It’s like for example www.mywebsitename.com/#!/ This appeared on all pages eg: www.mywebsitename.com/#!/portfolio etc etc. What does the /#!/ means? And how can I remove it?

Because the themme is a onepager it uses hash(#!) to know which page(bebhind in the code this is just part of the page) to show up. So the hash is needed for linking/pagging to work as it should.

Hi again, I have this problem with Safari 5.0.6 I just checked with Chrome and it works fine. I checked on my ipad and while the site loads it crashes Safari on ipad. I guess it’s a problem related to the browser.
