There is a space missing in the event countdown on homepage, between the letter ‘y’ of day and hour’s numeric. Please check it and let me know where to fix that in code as i can’t update the theme because of some custom style modifications. I tried to fix the same in functions.php file but couldn’t do so.
Hmmm I can’t seem to see what you mean. Could you submit a ticket with your URL and a more detail description on where this issue is located?
Thanks!
http://scheetzdesigns.ticksy.comHey nice work, but I purchased this item thinking it was responsive: is it possible to get a refund ?
I also encountered css problems with bbpress…
You would need to get in touch with ThemeForest when it comes to refunds.
I see that as of a year ago, this product hadn’t been optimized for mobile use. Has that changed? I tried the demo on my phone at it was still having the same missing footer problem. But I thought I’d ask to be sure before I moved on to another theme.
Glory is not mobile-ready, sorry.
I’m having a problem with the events widget that I’m trying to use in the footer. It will show the countdown event below the slider but not the widget displaying the next 3 events. I have gone into my Wordpress widgets page and I can’t move any of them to make changes. It worked before a few months ago but not anymore.
Sounds like a javascript error. Did you update WordPress to 3.5.1 without updating Glory to it’s latest version? Feel free to submit a ticket if you still have issues: http://scheetzdesigns.ticksy.com
Hello,
I’m having a problem editing the Events/Calendar page with Internet Explorer. Is this an IE only problem?
I’m working on a solution to this, please hang tight. Sorry about the hassle!
Purchased this. I’m not seeing the Layered PSD files as advertised. How can I get those please.
There’s a link in the readme.txt file, or at least there should be.
I’ve got 3 tickets on your support system that have not yet been responded to. Just wondering where the right place is to get support on this theme? Your support site says up to 2 days for support ticket responses, but it’s been longer on 2 of the 3 tickets. is there another place I should post this stuff? One is in regard to what looks like a javascript conflict with the menu system, another with pages not loading inside a select box for homepage content selection. Third is in relation to events system. Those are baked into the theme – just looking for some guidance. Thanks. Craig
My apologies, I’m working through about 50 tickets this week. Sorry about the delays!
come on buddy, you can do it! crank those tickets out! I’m sending some strong starbucks over!
Hahaha, thanks man. Could you post your ticket numbers here so I can jump on those sooner? Thanks!
thanks, here you go: Ticket #49900
How can i update the theme without overwriting the stuff I already have, sorry I know it may seem like a silly question.
Did you edit the template files themselves or just add content via WordPress. If it’s the latter, you can update without losing anything,
I’ve just added content via WordPress, how do I go about updating the theme. And also the event pop up doesn’t work in Internet Explorer, this is something I need to happen, is there a way to get the event pop up to work in IE.
Thanks
the version is IE9
I’m fixing the IE issue in the next update. You can update the theme from “Dashboard > Updates” or by downloading the latest version from your ThemeForest “Downloads” page.
Thanks man!
Just purchased this, installed wordpress, uploaded/activated theme, clicked on the “update”, imported the sample data, set the nav menus.
But unlike the demo here, no top navigation is coming up. It seems to ‘flicker’ for a second while the page is loading, but disappears when the page loads: http://100percentimpact.org/
Something I’m missing?
You’re URL isn’t loading. However, I’m going to fix the flickering in the next update, but your menu is probably too large to fit up there, so it’s getting pushed down. Try to condense the menu and it should fix itself!
I need to fit more into the little area, how do I do that?
i.e. the menu names I need are: Home – Camp Limitless – Virtual Speaker – Global – Event Calendar – Contribute
But if I do that, I don’t get a menu at all..
Maybe use Calendar instead of Event Calendar. I can also tweak the navigation text size a bit to see if that fixes it. Just submit a ticket with access to edit your site (ftp or wordpress):
http://scheetzdesigns.ticksy.comHi, This theme looks great, I’m thinking of using it. The only issue I see is that the drop down menu text is briefly visible as the page loads. I’m using Chrome. Is this something you’re aware of?
Yep, I’m fixing that in the next update. Thanks for the feedback!
No Problem. Do you have a time frame for that?
By the end of the week most likely!
hi there,
I want to change the colour of the text in the footer menu & the copy right message aswell.
pretty much I want all the text in the footer to be white. could you please let me know how to do this? I have looked over the style.css & nothing highlights it self to me for it.
Thanks
By default, isn’t it already white? See: http://demo.scheetzdesigns.com/glory/
I changed the background to black & it changed to black
see – http://jessierosemusictuition.com.au/
I have no idea why it did.
Go to the Theme Options page and look for this in General: http://cl.ly/P2qr
Change it to Dark and you should be good.
Hi, great theme!
Is it possible to randomize the videos and audio files within the footer widgets!? And may I use the picture of the calendar in the left box at your homepage on my site?
There’s no randomization at this time, sorry!
Here’s the calendar photo: http://photodune.net/item/calendar/4095759Thank you, we bought it. For the other question with randomize we found a solution: just replace the orderby with “rand”.
Very easy. e.g. $all_posts = array(
‘post_type’ => ‘audio-items’,
‘posts_per_page’ => $limit,
‘audio’ => implode(’,’,$category_array),
‘orderby’ => ‘rand’
Thanks for the code! I was aware of the possibility, I just meant it didn’t come packaged with the option. But I think I’ll add it to the next update. Thanks!
I left a ticket on your website Friday with no response yet… but I think the problem is that when I import the XML file to WordPress everything comes up as failed to download. How do I fix this? I was supposed to have my website up and running last week but this is holding me back! Please get back with me as SOON as possible.
Sorry, I take a 3 day break each weekend on my support. I will get to your ticket tonight. Thanks for your patience so far!
One more question: we add some images within text (photo galleris are working as well) and link them to a bigger image, so that we can enlarge the images. If we add the class “fanybox” the fancybox opens by clicking but there is shown an error instead of the bigger image: “The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.”
What could we do to get the correct enlarge functionality? Thank you very much!
The fancybox link is a direct link to the large image? Check the link to be sure it’s loading the image.
Yes, please have a look on it on this page http://www.spielmannszug-wewer.de/geschichte/
Ah I see, put the fancybox class on the actual link itself instead of the image:
<a class="fancybox" href="linktoimage"><img /></a>just wondering whether there is an upgrade for this theme to be responsive? I have this theme from another account, and we didn’t realise it wasn’t responsive.
Not yet no, sorry about that!
