Hi, I purchased this and thus far love it!! Easy to use..my only issue comes with using it for MailChimp MergeTags.. I placed in the merge tags in areas I would like them to show up, but for some reason, nothing happens when the email is formatted. Any ideas why?

Since my templates are pure HTML with inline CSS they will not cause any problem when using them in MC (I test all my templates in MC and CM). But, I know that MC has issues when I try to preview inserted merge tags… before there was “view live merge info” button in preview pop-up window, but for some reason they removed it (at least I don’t see it any more)... so, now I test my campaigns by sending them to a segment of actual mailing list (I select only my e-mail address), and if everything appears fine in my inbox (merge tags always appears fine even if they are not shown in MC preview window), I replicate campaigns and send them to all subscribers… try to test your campaign like this and you’ll see what’s happening…

Hello, I am very close to buy this theme since is one of the most beautiful out there. However in other template descriptions it is clearly lined out in which clients this templates actually work. Here I can just find “works in all major e-mail clients”. I and I am sure many others would appreciate a more detail lists such as in other descriptions. Does it work in Outlook 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 und Mac 2008 & 2011?
Hi, just purchased this template. Great design. I have imported the template into MailChimp and have tried to use it. I don’t seem to be able to do anything. When I open up the template in ‘Design’ mode it appears on screen but there is just a heap of broken image links and I am unable to change text at all. What have I done wrong? Thanks

First of all thanks for purchasing my templates. As I’ve written in file description – You can import your finished templates into Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor, and they will be displayed correctly, but there is no pre-defined content editing or system tags (merge tags) inserted in templates…
You have to edit template locally in some editor and then you can import and send it with MC and CM… In documentation file you can find description of how to upload template and images to MailChimp and Campaign Monitor.
