Good Minimal - A Responsive WordPress Theme

Thanks. How do I upload this new version. When I download the theme again and try to upload it it tells me that the folder already exists. I have also made some changes to the CSS . WIll the new version override those changes. All I want is for the site to view on mobile devices.

OK thanks I have uploaded the version 1.9 and activated the new version, but the site is still not displaying well on my iphone. The drop down menu does not work. Please see http://jcevents.clearandcreative.info/

Sorry, I have problems with the portofolio on my site http://www.direfarelamore.it/ All fotos are in wordpress portfolio but old galleries disappear on the site, they are empty online and the new gallery “Istangram” doesn’t work good. Is there an update for the menu on iphone? I don’t see well it on smartphone.

How do I separate images in Media so that they show up only in correct portfolio?

For example, in Media, in I assigned images from the following portfolio to “Attached to.”

Instead all images from all portfolios appear.

So this theme has many problems which are resolved by switching themes. Even reinstalling from scratch doesnt resolve issues.

Under the admin panel- the image editor will not show after inserting an image into a page or post. It is simply blank. Under the theme customize settings it is not possible to interact with any of the drop down options on the left hand side- nothing happens. the slider does not work. the arrows show up on the left and right side- although partially hidden under the header. if I put the url for a video in the slider and publish it the entire page is directed directly to that video page- so the home page now becomes www.myvideo@youtube.com editing images and putting them back in the image folder- all images have same dimensions, names and file types so the links in the code should are exactly the same- however- nothing happens, the old images are still showing even after they have been saved and removed from the folder (i have a suspicion it is a permission issue).

anyway- so far this theme has been really disappointing. All the issues go away once I switch to a different theme. Sliders work, image editor works etc…

i have developing locally so its not on a live server, yet.

I am having a really hard time getting the slider to come on the main page like it is on the demo page. any help would be appreciated.

here is my situation more specifically:

I have created 3 sliders, set the featured images as the pictures I want.

Then, on my home page – I’ve opted to use my page ‘welcome’ as the default landing. I’ve added the shortcode slider and the 3 slides are showing…but they are small images, thumbnails. Can you please explain how I can make them full size or how to customize them or allow them to be regular (uploaded) size. Thanks!! great theme.

Hello again. When I go to my GoodMinimal Settings, under Portfolio Settings, I notice that it looks different from the “http://goodminimal.wpstall.com/GoodMinimalOptions.png” link that you have posted here. What’s different is that at the bottom where it says Assign Portfolio Page to a Category, the Categories are not listed under it. And it doesn’t offer a button to add categories. I’m new at this. Sorry if this question is stupid.

Also, I choose this site because I loved the way it looked. I assumed that I could simply purchase it, add my photos and off I go. But I’m seeing that it’s much more involved then I knew. Can you suggest where I might find the instructions needed to get my portfolio set up to resemble yours? Thanks

I figured out the answer to my first question (How to change “We are a Creative Agency”. It was a widget issue. But I’m still having issues setting up the portfolio. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I cannot find any documentation on HOW to get the slider to show up on the homepage. Am I selecting the incorrect template for the page? Do I need to insert shortcode? Is there a setting I am missing? Please let me know. I’ve been struggling with getting the slider activated. All I can find in the documentation is how to upload images to it.

I sent the emails on the Gmail account that you previously used to reply to my other emails.

The code was the previous code you gave me in order to fix a problem that I was having with the thumbnails, cropping, and opening of the light box. I gave you access then on my admin panel. But since I switched to the new version, I don’t know where to apply that code that you gave me.
