On the showcase pages, it defaults to one view with a ‘change view’ button.
How do I get it to default to the other view (the one you see after clicking change view)?
Can I hide the change view button? How?

love the theme, i customized mine a little bit, but i am wondering how i can set the portfolio layout to default to a list view. I like that view a little bit better.

Thanks for the great theme! I’m setting it up now and am having a few questions…
First, my home page is not showing the slider. This content is showing up on another page I made called “updates.” Confused. Also I’m having issues getting the logo centered. Can you tell me the ideal size of the logo image, and how to remove the website tagline from the logo box (and add it to the tab after the site name).

1. Can you drop me an email with a live demo url so I can check out why you are experiencing issues with the slider
2. The ideal logo size is 222×92px
3. In order to remove the blog description you need to open header.php and remove the
<?php bloginfo(‘description’); ?>

Have you touched the settings in your WordPress backend under Settings->Reading->Front page displays ? The option to display your recent posts should be selected.

How can I remove the home page col’s 1-3… so it is just the slider and the footer? Also, is there an easy way to change the vertical height of the slider?

Hi,
If you want to remove the homepage columns you need to edit index.php and remove the lines between:
< div id=”main” >
and:
< / div >< !
- end of #main- >Changing the height of the slider is made trough the piecemakerXML.xml file.
you need to change the < imageHeight >330</ imageHeight > option.
Keep in mind that this file is cached so you would probably need to clear your cache before you see any changes.
