I don’t have access to that account. I am a web designer working for a client. I’d prefer to discuss the issues I’m having in this open forum. If I’m having these issues, I’m positive I’m not the only one.

How can I add content to the homepage (onepager)? I’ve tried creating a separate homepage and utilizing the default template but this creates all kind of problems.

I just want to add content (text/html) to the main homepage.

Hi,

sure! You do not add content to the OnePage, you add pages to the OnePage that hold the content.

Please take a look at the documentation for better information about how the OnePager works.

I see from the feature list that Showbiz Pro is included in the theme. Can that plugin be sued in the theme to create a blog layout, or is the only blog layout available in the them the timeline layout? Thanks!

hi,

I have a problem with your template. I try to insert a javascript script into your template, it actually works for default pages but it doesn’t work for the one-page type page.

Here is the message that i got : “Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not function”

I’d like to expose another issue. Indeed when I reduce my webpage, the background slider is not responsive. Therefore my logo is getting crashed by the main menu.

i am working as webproject consultant on a customer project and here your theme is in place on the customer side. In principle your theme is a very good one-page theme but: Why you are using that old “FE Frontend Builder” release v1.4.1 and not the greatest featured v2.6 latest version of this WP-PlugIn? Why you are not updating you own WP-PlugIns showbiz Pro v1.6.3 and revolution Slider v4.3.6?

I have try to update all this main theme-driver WP-PlugIn to the newest stand alone versions, but nothing is running after i did – the whole theme is broken after the single WP-plugIn update! What should i say to the customer, select a new theme with better 3th-party plugin update cycles and policy?

I am very upset, because I have spend a few hours to try out different combination of update versions of release levels of the 3th-party plugins – without success.

What is here your update strategy, policy and timeline? The custumer has also upgraded to WP 3.9 … what is here your support?

thanks a lot for your feedback ! We really appreciate it. We are totally agree with you ! Updating our own plugins are a must in the theme. We will do this as soon as possible.

The Frontend Builder will be a bit tricky. It was a great start of the Plugin, however we just run into many issues after the first Release of our theme, and since that we decided to add fixes and mods to the Plugin, to make it as good usable as possible.

Till we reached a point where we can not update that plugin so simple. It has a very buggy past, and we try to find a way to update it and also not to kill the content of all our customers who used the old version of the plugin and would update to the new version.

Our Responsible developer for the backend is on Holiday right now, but i would like to ask you to contact us via our Ticket system at http://themepunch.ticksy.com and send your thoughts there again, so the Issue stays in Focus and we can answer you as soon as our Developer is back from holiday !

Yes, we think he is a very good coder and made a great plugin. We will contact him for sure. Also the update of the plugins will be done as soon as possible. Our Backend developer is till end of next week on holiday. I would like to ask you to create a ticket (if you not done yet) at http://themepunch.ticksy.com and copy paste the conversation above into the ticket, so our Collegue can see the issue straight when he is back from holiday, and he will do his best !

Sorry again for all the trouble and for this Waiting time. It is for sure not usual at us outside the Holiday seasons.

Hi,

I’m having problems with this theme and bbPress. The plugin bbPress works fine when I disable the Goodweb theme but as soon as I activate the theme, my forums disappear and all I get is a blank page where the forums should be. Can you help me out because it seems like a problem with this theme.

GoodWeb does not explicitly support bbPress but the basics should work nevertheless as the theme is coded according to wordpress standards. Could you submit a ticket to our support forums: themepunch.ticksy.com

I have finished a web with your theme and it is awsome! Just wanted to ask you – some of the visitors see only the background image (the night city) and nothing else. Do you have any idea why is that and how to fix it? The web is here http://influencer.darylbm.cz/.

I use version 1.4. Actually, we are currently running a campaign targeted at product managers in pharmaceutical companies in our country. There is about 30 of them that have seen the web and 6 said they dont see anything. We use Inspectlet to record their activities and I can actually see from the recordings they see only the background and nothing else. This is quite harmfull to our campaign. We have no other option than to continue running it. So if you find anything helpfull it would be appreciated. Thanks anyway, Pavel.

I have installed your theme on 3.9. I don’t seem to encounter any issues. why didn’t you say it was compatible with 3.9 ? I am sure you miss a lot of sales.

Hi,

we have a problem trying to translate menu label in russian language. We are using WPML as plugin translator. Italian and English translations works perfectly.

The problem is with the Main Menu with Russian label. When we try to insert a Navigation Label in Russian language without checking “Opens in a single page” we have this error in javascript console:

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #%d0%bf%d1%80%d0%be%d1%86%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%81%d1%8b

and the home page was only partially loaded…

If we insert a Navigation Label in Russian but we check “Opens in a single page” then it works perfectly.

I think there is a codify problem in the anchor links of the Home Page with cyrillic chars.
