It looks like Homepage #0 and Homepage #1 both point to http://import.krownthemes.com/goodwork/homepage-1/ in the xml file
Yes, there’s no HP0 in the import file but you can easily create it by using the Visual Composer.
If you have other issues, please post them on the dedicated support forums: http://rubenbristian.ticksy.com
i’ve got a big problem with the theme-setup. Everything is installed, but the theme doesn’t show up any Thumbnails ?
wahts going on? maybe a chmod problem?
Thanks for your purchase!
Due to the large amount of support questions and for keeping everything organized, all tickets will be directed through my private support forum: http://rubenbristian.ticksy.com
Please head over there and i’ll do my best get your problems solved!
Thanks for your understanding, Ruben.
We are still having issues when you select a main category at the top which should load a static page containing subcategories. Instead, it just flashes and keeps reloading. Therefore you can’t actually select a subcategory.
Please advise asap.
I’m sorry, but i cannot be too much of help without any live links and stuff. Please use the support forums as suggested and put a link and describe the error..
Where is the change log for 2.3.3?
Hey guys, it seems that i’m too slow for you!
Is it possible to have the menu fixed and full width? On desktops I’d like to show it all the time.
No, it is not possible.
I have some presale questions. Love your theme and I would like to use it as a crowdfunding platform. On your demo, I only can see the simpleproject page.
1. Is it possible to show the projects on home page on a grid way? Is it posible to see how would be displayed berfore purchasing?
2. Is it possible to have an option filtrable projects? I need the filter “location” to make easier for people to find near projects.
1. Yes, see HP#2 for the default widget – you’ll have to manually create widgets and put them in the form of a grid (so don’t imagine this would be auto).
Or, the ID plugin has the option for a grid, though it will not show the percentage – only the project image, title, description and how much money it was raised.
2. Nope, this isn’t possible.
You have on your example demo a page with Pricing Tables, yet I do not see the short code anywhere in your documentation or on the visual composer for setting up a pricing table. Please advise?
I see that you’ve posted a ticket on the support forums. So i’ll respond there and kindly ask to keep the discussion in a single place
i will use the complex slider skin in your theme but the slider will not auto play. Is there a option to fix it?
Regards from Germany
I am sorry, but as clearly seen in the online demo, the complex skin slider does not have an autoplay option. There is no fix, because there is no bug. This is simply how the theme was designed.
If you have further issues, please post on the support forums: http://rubenbristian.ticksy.com
Nice theme, any plans on making it wider, say 1100?
I am sorry, but there are no such plans at the moment..
I have a strange problem. The menu dropdown works fine on your theme but when I active the woocommerce plugin the dropdown doesn’t work. I don’t see why this would happen because it works fine on your demo. I did not make any changes to the theme or woocommerce. There’s a demo site I put up to illustrate the problem. http://www.wildwonders.org/wp/ Any help would be appreciated or I’ll have to find another theme.
This is a clear issue with your server not with the theme, because as you said, i’m also running the latest version of WooCommerce on my demo site and as you see it, it works flawlessly.
Please disable all of your extra plugins and make sure that you have a correct installation of WP & WooCommerce..
If you have other issues, please post on the support forums.
Is there an XML file available to import the Revolution sliders?
Excellent theme by the way.
Yes there are, i’ve responded to your ticket. Also, i’ll kindly ask you to keep the discussions only in one place to have everything organized
Great theme, however I’m having an issue error uploading the theme! There are 2 zip files in the download folder and Im receiving this message:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
Please give a read to this article: http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/269
Also, please make sure that you read the manual properly before using the theme and also post any issues on the dedicated support forums: http://rubenbristian.ticksy.com
I successfully uploaded the xml content. I am using this theme for a crowd funding site.. I am having an issue with page navigation.
Receiving PAGE 404 when I create a new Campaign..
I’d like to show my campaigns under the PORTFOLIO tab, Do I need to connect the CAMPAIGNS to the PORTFOLIO by “inserting campaign”? Please explain. Thanks again.
Please read the manual properly to learn and understand how to use Crowd Funding and if you have any issues, post on the support forums
Hello, I was wondering if your crowdfunding functionality allows the funders info. to be collected in a database on the backend, sorted, and downloaded in an csv file (similar to Gravity Forms)?
Thanks for your help & great theme,
No this isn’t possible..
Your theme supports IgnitionDeck. Does it support the latest version of IgnitionDeck and its companion program MembershipDeck?
Is there another way to display the “deck” or ignition widget on the front page? For example, a larger widget area?
Also, are there individual purchase pages for projects? Because there could, and would, be multiple projects at the same time with different values and donor levels/rewards.
This theme only has basic support for ID, not MD. About the other two questions, the answer is no..
Is there a way to add individual purchase pages? Or, within ID could it just be left to Purchase URL: Checkout Page> Current Project Page and then Purchase Page would show and respond to the individual project’s levels at “checkout”?
I know that the ID plugin has the option to set individual purchase pages, but i’m not sure how that works. It would be better to ask them if this is possible – if they say yes, there’s absolutely no reason why my theme should function any different.
Would you be willing to work with me and the app developers to get the GoodWork theme integrated with ID/MD? I heard from them yesterday that ID and MD will be fully merged very soon (like weeks) and that all themes will need to support ID/MD or they won’t function. I really want to use the GoodWork theme…but want it to actually work with ID and MD.
Do you have a test environment with ID installed that I can test the Purchase Page question? Does GoodWork use do_shortcode inside of the project template?
Sorry, this theme is for Crowdfunding only, not for membership. It doesn’t support the ID Enterprise edition.. For small projects it works fine, but it’s not the solution for a full crowdfunding theme. At least not yet (when i developed it ID was a simple plugin, now it had grown really fast and i can’t keep up with it’s growth).
I might look into the possibility of a better and deeper integration, but i don’t have any ETA’s on this yet. Stay tuned!
Are there any problems with other shortcodes not working with the theme? Like User Meta Pro?
The MemberDeck and IgnitionDeck work together to make Crowdfunding better. I’m not looking to build a Crowdfunding site. I just want all the features in ID to work and many of them are now dependent on MemberDeck. I know that Nathan, from IgnitionDeck, is willing and able to help. I’m trying to build a website for a non-profit organization, but I want the fully featured crowdfunding and management aspect, too.
I am willing to buy the theme and work with you and Nathan to get the theme integrated with ID/MD if you are willing to participate.
As i said, this theme was not tested with MemberDeck at all and it might not work. I don’t provide any support for it, since i haven’t advertised it anywhere. This theme supports the Ignition Deck Lite plugin and as you see in the online preview, it works well.
More than this, i do not offer any support for customizations or integration help. If you want to read my support terms head over to the support terms to understand how i work.
Is the latest version comaptible with WordPress 3.8? Any experience so far?
Thanks – Markus
Yes, the theme is compatible with WP 3.8. I run that version in the online preview, so you can update. If you do find something which doesn’t work, report on the support forums and it will get fixed.
Thank you – I’ll try it!
Nice theme. The only thing I see that it’s missing is a sticky nav bar. Is that in the works?
It might be released sometime, but i’m not sure. I don’t have any plans for this in the near future..
Great Theme… but I’m having a problem when the website is resized & the portfolio page…
Every other page works the way it should be… but in the portfolio item there’s some whitespace in the right. The user can scroll it and I’m searching the code for the css if any item is bigger than it should and it isn’t working properly.
Thank you very much for your time.
The issue is not with the theme, but with your custom code. You have some css which breaks out the entire layout for mobile.
width: 600px !important;
The code above shouldn’t exist.
If you have other issues, please post on the support forums: http://rubenbristian.ticksy.com
The theme is compatible with wp 3.8?.
Also the portafolio paginated to click if you can open images larger ?
Yes, the theme is compatible with WP 3.8. About the second question, i don’t quite understand it. Could you please clarify?
in the link site web click each image to go to a larger full screen image type modal window , thinkbox u other , which could modify code )
Oh, i understand.. Well this isn’t possible, but it could be done with some custom work (the lightbox plugin is already there, one would just have to modify the single-portfolio.php file in order to support this feature and add some option in the backend to support this).
It’s quite a bit of work, but if you’re looking for someone to help you with this, check out these folks: tweay – an external service for theme customizations
