I just installed the Gothica theme. The page builder with sample page does show title with border blocks, but it isn’t available in the list of “Available blocks”. I looked at the “block” folder inside “page-builder-pmc-shortcode” theme, and it does not have “Title with Border” either. Am I missing something? Thank you.

you just rated 1 with stating that you have to buy extra plugins? All you have to do is unpack the zip you downloaded and inside you have documentation and all the plugins are under recommended plugins directory. Really disappointed in how you rate 1 without even waiting for me to answer…

First off, I did unpack everything. There are no help files and no links to the extra plugins and yes, I see the one that needs to be bought. YOU posted a preview that is loaded with extras that have to be purchased for it to look the way you have it. How about I report THAT to Envato since you didn’t wait for me to respond.
are you serious? What links? All the plugins are included and yes this is how Envato wants it. We update revolution slider as new versions are released. Nothing has to be purchased , all the neccessary plugins are in the Recommended plugins directory waiting to be installed . And yes please do report it to Envato, this is how the plugins are provided (note that this is the first complaint of this sort in 10k purchases).
I see you reported it , I haven’t so far reported any of your comments. To explain once again to everyone else. Once you install the Theme there are following directories in the package: documentation, Recommended plugins and PSD.
Recommended plugins dirctory contains ALL plugins that are needed for the theme to work exactly like the live demo. Inside there is a readme file that contains links to the free plugins in case you need an update. The paid plugin (revolution slider) is updated along with the Theme every time the new version is released.

I was coming back to tell you that I deleted and reinstalled the package and now have found the folders with the things I need. It may have been a glitch somewhere during download. However, I come back to this. Yes, I reported the comment because YOU said you reported mine. I don’t care how many downloads you have gotten, congratulations. That has nothing to do with me. You never once asked me what was wrong, never even attempted to look into what was happening. I am not and never professed to be a web design and coding genius because I’m not. So why not try to help me instead of going on this ego-driven rant? You just proceeded to jump on my rating and comment. You do know it can be changed on my side right? Oh…guess you didn’t. Is that the great customer service showing? Hmmm….

I just received a support ticket back with a terrible incomplete answer in the support ticket system. It would be helpful if your team members could give more helpful, complete answers. I am a repeat customer but do not like the lack of accountability in the private ticketing system compared to the old forums.

I had purchased the theme sometime back and noticed under my downloads area that it has been deleted.
Now i came across the same them but with a new user ..
So as a paying customer how am i able to download the newer version of the theme with ought making payment again
you can only download theme with the account that you have bought the theme.
Well yes i have loged in with my username which i purchased the original theme which was called “GOTHICUS” but this theme which is the same is called “GOTHICA” you would know why you changed it.
I need to keep the theme updated for security risks and improvements so now you have changed the theme name and location and mislead customers.
please explain? also give me access to have the new version on my downloads page as i have already purchased the theme. ( Gothicus )
Gothica is without WooCommerce, Gothicus is with WooCommerce, so there was no name change.
You can only download with accout that you have bought the theme lika I said before.

Ok please do and why is it under review? We had a security Warning with the theme and we are using 1.2 but our web host warned us about security risk with the theme. hence blocked our site.

there is absolutly no security issue with the theme. Only if you use revolution slider 1.1.4 then you need to update it.

I purchased this theme a month or two ago and have had the hardest time getting everything to work properly. I emailed support a few days ago in regards to helping me with the portfolio section and haven’t heard back from anyone. I need help changing those thumbnails on the portfolio section. When the Page Builder is activated I can’t use the Visual side when posting blogs or creating pages. Not cool because it means that EVERY time I want to post something or work on a new page, I essentially have to shut my entire site down because without the Page Builder it looks unprofessional and messy. What do I do?

Just did that – NOTHING CHANGED. I’m really unhappy about this. I have to DEACTIVATE the page builder every time I write a blog post or add a new page – this is NOT ok AT ALL. The page builder is used on the home page, so when I do this all my home page shows is the footer! Other ideas??

the last ticket we have from you is from august 2014. This was an issue with older version when wordpress 4.0 came out. But it has been fixed since with the new version of page builder (you need to update both the builder and the theme).
I submitted and have an email from your support on Jan 13. Anyway, the versions I’m running are as follows: WP 4.1, Gothica Theme 1.2, Builder 1.1.0 – which is incorrect?

There s a bug with the latest woocommerce/wordpress updates. When it gets to the cart page, the admin bar disappears and the cart page won’t show up. Its a theme issue because when i switch to the 2015 theme, everything comes up fine.
theme was not yet updated to Woo 2.3 which you can also read in theme description. You will need to use Woo 2.2. for now.
I’ve just uploaded the theme, demo content (xml file) and rev slider along with the other plugins. I set the Settings to a static page and selected “Home”.
When I visit the site, I’m missing all the pictures and social media icons and on the home page where a large photo should be at the very top is just this little wheel that keeps spinning as if it’s waiting on something to populate.
Also, I only see Home and Sample pages under the Pages category.
Can you please help?
