Wow, really impressive. Makes me find a project for blogger
Thank you very much! Blogger in fact is better than we used to think, I am just trying to reveal and show its hidden opportunities:)))
Very well done by the way
Truly a nice effort !
amazing design !
Thank you very much!
amazing one, beautiful and unique as always
Thank you so much!
Congrat, the effect is smooth, love it. Let’s make Blogger become the top.
Thanks a lot! Yes, I am trying to do that quite for a while and would be great if more designers could work for Blogger, not only for WP:)) Thank you!
Hi, I just bought this template and would like to help me put it on Blogger. Thank you very much!
Hello and thank you a lot! Have you had a chance to go through the Help File included into downloadable folder? If yes, which very step do you feel stuck at?
I am having a problem with this template and Google+ commenting. Got a quick code fix for the bottom margin being so large when switching from Blogger commenting to Google+ commenting? Thanks a bunch for an awesome template.
Hello, thank you!
No, did not understand:))) Can you show me the screenshot? Do you mean clicking google+ share button on single post?
Hi! I’ll post once I have the ability to upload a screenshot. There’s another issue. In IE8, when you have a background that is high DPI or something huge like 4K, the background doesn’t scale correctly. Do you have a quick snippet that I can inject for just IE8 users? Thanks!
BTW: I am loving the template. I like it so much I might be buying one of your other responsive Blogger templates as well.
Hello, thank you so much! About IE8, I tested, seems was ok, it uses background-size: cover. Should work properly. Unfortunately I did not make a screenshot from ie and did not insert it into Screnshots section, let’s exchange screenshots? I’ll make it from my desktop and you will make one from yours one, and I’ll see what is going on. Also screwnshot with google+ I need, otherwise I am not sure that II understand the issue precisely, ok? Thank you!
Hello again, here is a screenshot taken on IE8, 1280 resolution: http://demo.virtuti.info/gothica/gothica-ie.jpg
Also, could you send me screenshots within 2 days? The matter is that I shall be abroad from 11 to 17 July and be able to reply only after coming back, thanks a lot!
Hello, absolutely gorgeous! I was thinking of updating a blogger I made years ago. What I am wondering is, can I use my own background image
with ease if I choose too? My blogger is Native American Oriented, so I would like a slightly different background, but I Love This Blogger Theme.
meh, went ahead and bought it, I liked it so much. If it does not work out for me, I’ll give it to a friend to use as gift from moi. Off to
“figure it in ” LOL
Good luck with your sales, it is a beautiful blogger theme / template.
Thank you very much! Anyway, of course you apply your own images, Help file contains all instructions how to do that. Thank you!
Yes, I have discovered that, I have also discovered everything seems to be loading from 1 and 1 hosting and is loading extremely slow.
Also, I do know how to use templates and have installed the xml and saved the changes, changed the yourdomain.com URLs to my domain.com and still has a blank white site now. What I would like to ask you now kind lady, is may I upload all the site files contained within the downloaded folder to my own hosting and have the theme load from my own hosting as opposed to 1 and 1.com? I realize I would have to change the relevant urls. Just wants to be sure that would not interfere with any legalities.
I guess I should also say that I have uploaded the files from the “upload to ” directory to http://mydomain.com/sws/
which is a sub-directory on my domain.
Your theme files are in the directory named sws on my hosting, so hence they are not in the root of the domain. The “sws” directory is in the root of the domain however.
OK Is done, is gonna give it to my friend now, enough is enough, thanks anyway. A few hours on a simple blogger was enough for me, moving on.
I’ve recently purchased this wonderful template and I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question, but I’m having issues uploading the files to hosting. I’ve already uploaded all of the files to Google Drive. Will that work? I’m not sure where to go from there. I already uploaded the .xml file to the blog and changed out all of the your domain.com URLs to m domain but of course I still only have the plain white background. Thank you for any help.
Hello and thank you very much!
As far as I know Google drive should work (I personally keep files on paid hosting but I saw people do upload external files to Drive, so should be ok).
How old your domain is? If it is fresh (let’s say you bought it yesterday) then if you uploaded files to Drive and urls are correct (you can test in Chrome-right click, view source, click for example css stylesheetet–you should see all the styles, for reference you can test my demo urls) then probably your domain is very fresh and it what causes absence of styles, wait a day or two.
Or do you use free .blogspot extension? Give me please more information in order I could help you more. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the quick reply! I don’t use the free extension, I have a .com domain, but you’re probably right, the domain is only a few days old. But even though I’ve uploaded all the files to Google Drive, I think my confusion is that I don’t know how to get my blog to locate where the files are being hosted. Where do I put the url links in my html code? Does that make any sense?
Fine, so I believe it is a matter of waiting of 2-3 days. You locate your links exactly where did I locate them, actually you simply replace my urls with your real ones and that’s it.
If you wish send me link to your website source (should be something like that: view-source:http://gothica-magazine.blogspot.co.il/ –this is mine, send me yours, I shall see what is going on there). Wish you the best! Tanya
Hi, you write “Suitable for both existing and new blogs”, but for existing blogs only, if anyone want change all old posts.
Purchased, downloaded, installed, deleted
Hello, yes, it is correct. Tested on both new and ongoing blogs. What was the problem? Thank you!
The problem, the existing (not ongoing, there is a big difference) Blog has over 300 Posts. And you write EXISTING in the desription! I think no one want change over 300 posts in a blog after installing a new theme. This theme is only for people who start a new blog.
I still do not understand your concern. I am aware very well that existent blog may have 300 or 3000 blog posts.
If you need my help, describe properly the problem you experience.
This template was designed and tested on new and existent blogs, otherwise it would not be stated in such the way. Thanks.
