I’m having issues with the homepage blocks. When I add more than three blocks, and update I lose all of the content that was in there and have to start over. If I only have three blocks, then it’s fine. On the demo there more than three, there are numerous blocks that show all of the possibilities for layout options. What is causing this?

Hello,
Most likely there is a plugin that is conflicting with the theme. Try disabling them and see if the problem still persists.

Hello,
Could you create an account for us in your wp-admin and send them to us so we can investigate the problem?
You can do that by using contact form on our themeforest profile.

Hello,
This is a HTML template, it does not include server-side scripts.

Hello,
Our description states: “Please notice that, the download files doesn’t contain javascript for galleries and also the download files doesn’t contain php for contact form.”

There are galleries, but since this is only a HTML template we do not provide the server-side functionality for it – the AJAX and php functionality.

I use the Grandis Blog page as alone landing html page ( http://s9motion.com/ ) I just received a message form Google webmaster tools: “Google systems have tested pages from your site and found they have critical mobile usability errors. The errors severely affect how mobile users are able to experience your website. These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users.”

I bought your html template because it was supposed to be reponsive…. It seems there are issues about this feature.

There is also an issue relating to the mobile menu appearing in desktop display (see Grandis Mobile Menu Issue .jpg)

And more, page’s elements doesn’t be resized with small displays (see Grandis Not Responsive.jpg)

I hope you will help me to resolve these very annoying problems
