Hi, we’ve not tested any ecommerce plugins with the theme, so I couldn’t give you a concrete answer. Most ecommerce plugins should be compatible with any theme, which I imagine is the case for Gridlocked, but you may find you need to edit the template files or CSS to make things work exactly how you’d like them.

hi orman, i just purchased your theme, its fantastic, i am needing to change the order of the portfolio items, i tried what you mentioned earlier in this thread, changing the publish date, but nothing changed, the order still stayed the same. its just a matter of two or three items that i want right at the start continuously, could you tell me specifically where to change the info so that i can control what comes 1st second and third? many thanks for your help orman.

Can I create with no preview images? Problem is that my videos don’t have interesting images to use.
hi orman, i recently signed up on themezilla to get support for my wordpress template, it says im signed in, but then when i try to read a post, it says i need to be verified? as far as i know, i am.
with the portfolio posts, my site is predominantly video, but i was wondering if i can add images in there too below it. i did try it but it came in at a really low resolution scaled up.
any ideas?

James, you will need to log out and then log back in, this should reset your session. If you give us a shout in the forums we can take a look at your issue(s)
Under Pages, in WordPress 3.4, I’ve unchecked ‘Comments’ in the ‘Screen Options’ drop-down tab, but I can’t get the comments to turn off on my pages. (I only want the comment option on blog posts.)
Further to my previous request… I was able to turn the comments off on pages by commenting out one line in page.php to <?php// comments_template( ’’, true ); ?>, but I expect there must be a more elegant solution that enables the Screen Options un-checked option for ‘Comments’ to take effect.

Hi, I’m not really sure what you mean, the theme already uses a custom post type and taxonomy to power the portfolio. If you wanted to add another post type, then you would need to modify it.
Yes, it’s possible to create a child theme.

I am going to buy your theme today and was wondering if you have some sort of email marketing newsletter theme too that captures information from what was posted daily and sends it to subscribers. Your guidance in this regard is much appreciated.
The same question btw applies to other themes as I am in the process of getting two additional approved for my company’s other websites.

I’m not sure I know of any plugin which does this off the top of my head but I imagine you could find one. You can also get your RSS feed (produced by every WP site) emailed to your subscribers if you use a service such a feedburner – http://feedburner.google.com
I have installed the theme, and everything seems to work nice…except portfolios.
They show up nicely on my portfolio page, but when I click on an item – or when I click preview from the backend – I get the message:
Error 404 – Not Found Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.
Hope you can help me out, since I really like the Gridlocking theme!

I downloaded this theme a while back now, but have only just come to use it. I knew it would come in handy at some point.
I have just posted quite a few portfolio items, and at first everything was working fine, until today. All the icon images are working fine, but all portfolio items with more than one image in the slideshow fails to show any images once it is opened. I dont know if this is a temporary issue or if it will carry on. my website is : http://www.chalkys.net

hello, love your theme, have been using it for a few months now, but i recently noticed that the images on the internal pages are not loading any longer. They had been fine, but now are gone and i didnt touch anything! The theme files are there, but not the jpgs, for example:
http://www.moorejenny.com/portfolio/carrie-underwood/ is supposed to have this image loaded into the container http://www.moorejenny.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/m-carrie-new01.jpg . along with a few others to scroll thru. my home page thumbs are fine, but none of the interior page images are loading and i’m perplexed! please help! thx much.Hey!
