Hi Man, I just activate the plug in Fancybox and the website stop working, and cant even access the wordpress dashboard.
Im having this error:

It is not very easy to do, you will need to change the code in contact-page.php, line 28 where you have ‘z’ => 15, try to experiment with the number 15, like setting it lower like 12.

It must be some of your other plugins you use which causes the trouble, because it works OK on our server. We use ‘Fancybox for WP’.
It also make crash the slider, seriously you need to check which version to use with, i am not using any other plugins, just the ones you have in your installation manual. Please double check !!! thanks !
Man, i found the reason, the link you have in the documentation specify to download, unzip and upload by FTP access, the plug-in wont work if you install it that way. It has to be done by the plug-in control panel (directly from WP), i found this in a forum and it worked, anyways thanks for your help.

Hi man, i have to tell you, it was a problem with the servers at GoDaddy, after called them several times we identify the problem with Jquery files/updates, anyways sorry about it, and thanks for all your support.

Hi, For some reason, I am not able to add contents to the homepage having the template “Front Page with Theme slider”. Simply nothing appears. However, when I choose the default template, then my added contents will appear but the slider is gone.

You add the content to the front page in the Appearance -> Widgets.
Do you mean using the “Text” widget? If yes, is it possible to use shortcodes in the text widget? I am not sure why you guys made it this way because it is very hard to control the layout this way since it is different from the WYSIWYG page editor in wordpress. For now I need to add thumbnails with links to other pages. I can’t seem to know how to increase width of each thumbnail. It was easy in page editor by simply using the colcontainer shortcode with span but now I am not sure how to do this anymore. Basically, I need to add 2 clickable thumbnails on every row… Please help and thanks

No, not the text widgets … The theme adds many custom widgets … Facebook, Latest news, Services …. Use these, we use these on the demo page.

Hi, the custom content should be html then, just insert the text with img tag for a thumbnail.
Is it possible to use the default Template for the home page and then make a slider similar to the one in “Front page with slider”? this will give me the advantage of using the WYSIWYG content editor in wordpress. If that was possible, is it also possible to add a sidebar to the left and not to the right?

The slider can be used just on the 2 provided templates for the home page.
It can be used on the other sites as well, but as a shortcode and it will not span the entire width of the page.
The position of the sidebar can be changed in a page individually or in the Theme Options -> Layout for entire sections of the page.
About the sidebar’s position, how exacly can I change it individually in a page? For instance, I would like to have a left sidebar on the home page with slider template. How can I achieve this? Also, I noticed in the new version of the there that the navbar has option fixed when scrolling or static on top. I want to keep it fixed when scrolling but the problem is that it would overlay part of the slider even when i scroll up to the max. Can that be fixed?

Left sidebar together with a slider is a no-go, since you can have just the widgetized front page with a slider or a regular page (which does not have a slider).
The navbar by default is semi-transparent, so the slider is still visible under it. But if you change to custom color it becomes opaque so it blocks some view of slider. We will leave this as it is since we recommend using the default black semi transparent color.

Hey I noticed you mentioned this theme does not support woocommerce. Is there another ecommerce plugin you would recommend or does this still possibly work with woocommerce and you just dont support it? Please advise. Thanks
Hi, we didn’t tested the theme with woocommerce, however it should work ok.
No other commerce plugin tested neither.
Just installed http://wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-comments-plugin/, a plugin I’ve used on dozens of sites. It allows you to choose comments to be on Posts and / or Pages, which usually is fine. Because this theme utilizes custom post types (gallery, team, etc.) comment boxes show up on those pages too and I’d prefer if they didn’t, and only showed up on the blog. Do you know of a way to limit that?

The problem then lies on the plugin itself, since the theme does not call any functions for enabling comments on the different post type than posts.
I guess the plugin should have somewhere the settings page where this can be changed where it shows the comments form?
How do I replace the “MAKE AN APPOINTMENT” button on the right side of the menu to static text as I want to place the phone number to the salon there? Thank you.
Hi, the text of that button is automatically the title of the page you assign for it. So you should go in the code and delete the login behind it and type in your telephone number. File header.php, lines 95-100.
Opening the header.php in dreamweaver and lines only go up to 94…. am I missing something?

You need to create your slider in the revo slider plugin and then just past the shortcode provided into any page.
