Hi! Nice theme!! Sorry for my English, but one question: Where can I find the in PDF format that appears in the slider in the themo version? Your slider is a little too tall for my uses… Everything else in your theme, though is awesome.

Will buy if I can make the slider smaller… I tried some minor adjustments with Firebug and I wasn’t really getting anywhere…

Hi, first of all thanks for this great theme.

I want to reduce the white space between slider and homepage content. I put the service boxes under the homepage content and there is a huge space between slider banner and the main homepage content ( about 40 px ) How can I reduce this space ?

I was sold on this theme until I did a little more research and found that there is way too much branding for this theme on the admin side. Also, I checked into the forums and I have to say, I wasn’t won over by the support for this and other issues.

Oh well. Otherwise a nice looking/functional theme.

I see that IE7 isn’t supported but unfortunately my client runs it on all their machines. Is there a simple fix for the bug in the main nav drop-down menus? As soon as you roll-over the sub-menus they disappear.

I’ll definitely buy the theme if there is a simple fix to this issue.

This theme looks promising for my next project. I have two questions:

1. When using the standard Android browser, the theme pages are zoomed in from start, so you have to manually zoom out after each page load. Other themes don’t behave this way. Ideas?

2. Is there an option for just using a static background image instead of any of the sliders? I’ve noticed that sliders can slow down the site, especially on mobile devices.

Is Halfscreen theme up to date? I purchased and tried installing yesterday, but I cannot activate the theme, and end up manually uninstalling. Thanks

great looking theme looks very versatile too. Are you planning a fix for IE7 ? It has to work on all browsers for me to pull the trigger

I hate to do this, but I need to inform Themeforest users of the really bad customer support and documentation issues with this theme.

It’s a good theme. Quite beautiful. Lots of options and and lots of “nooks and crannies”.

Unfortunately, the documentation is REALLY GOD AWFUL . I mean really bad. The order and flow of the document is really scatter-brained feeling. I really don’t like the way the admin panel is set up… (from a usability stand-point, it’s quite cumbersome). There are videos to show you how to do stuff, but a lot of the videos aren’t theme specific (they’re for other themes that have SIMILAR – but not the same features). This is really annoying when you’re trying to figure out why the theme is doing “x, y, or z”.

Documentation is usually not an issue when you have good customer support. Unfortunately, the AIT support team is laughably bad. Days go by between answers and when they finally do get around to answering you, they don’t even read your question and respond with some asinine response that clearly shows that they’re not reading the questions… I had to waste lots of time figuring out what does what and fixing things on my own.

While I have fixed mostly all my issues, I still cannot place shortcodes in the Anything Slider (like the theme says you can) and all of my numerous support inquiries have gone unnoticed.

This is the first time I’ve rated a theme 1 star, and I’m afraid that by doing so – I might lose all future support from this unresponsive team – but regardless, I felt as though I needed to report my experiences…

I am still going to be using this theme because it’s beautiful… But you really have to work at it to get what you want out of it…

I will revise my rating if the documentation gets overhauled and support decides to do their jobs… In the mean-time: 1 star for a bunch of wasted time writing to support and being ignored.

By the way… If you use Hostgator, stay away from this theme. You will receive no support from the team (it inexplicably doesn’t work on Hostgator… I use MediaTemple, so it’s not an issue for me – but a couple of people are really annoyed about this – and I would be, too!)

Is it possible to add a left and right arrow for the slider to switch between slides on the home page instead of having to have to click the circle slider controllers (and place the left arrow on the left side and right arrow on the right side). I’d like to have both to be used for user to switch from slide to slide.

Very happy with the theme, found a small bug when using google fonts, it seems to break some of the jQuery, specifically tabbed panels, drop down menus and light box effect for images. Drove me crazy for about two days until i compared the source codes of the preview and my site to find the only difference inside the <head> was google fonts. Replaced it with one cufon under appearance > fonts and works like a charm! Awesome theme.
