Hey awesome template. I have couple of questions Indiapart. My friend said that when he bought this template the portfolio didnt have any actualy gallery. All the photo links were just ”#” . I really want to buy this template, but will you be able to provide a full working porfolio which will redirect pictures to picture gallery instead of blank links ? Also do you provide a Wordpress Theme file with this or do I have to buy the Wordpress template. I am not a pro in PHP .
Everything correct. Where should the links link anyway? This is a HTML Template, it’s on the buyers business, what he does with this: Porting to another CMS , use some lightbox effects or link to the single work pages. So You have to know what You’re doing with this HTML Template. WordPress version is available, too. Just read.

Just purchased your nice template.
Just one comment: on Ipad (OS 4.3.2) the vertical scrolling text on the portfolio page becomes a mess when scrolling up and down the page. It disappear and goes all over each other on top of the page.
I would like to have the text fixed until there is a solution for the bug. What’s the most simple way to manage that?

Love this theme and works fine on my mac. However, under all those project detail pages, the description scrolling effect does not work when tested in IE8 . Every time i try scrolling down to see each image, the page automatically goes up. You’re help would be very appreciated.

Huh? How do You mean this? Simply replace the header HTML code? Just thought, if someone buys the HTML version he has to know how to work with it, or did I just missunderstood the question?

I mean how would you go about placing an image as a header instead of text to fit the width properly without screwing up other elements in the theme, I wanted your opinion as you know the elements of this theme inside and out, and I seem to be screwing up the header when I try to replace it and I wish to do it properly, Thanks!
By “header” You mean the logo thing? I would just replace the code in #logo with your image (which should not be bigger than – ehm – 956px) and it should do. Hope, this will help You.

I am having trouble with the menu. I am replacing the words of the menu and after doing so, the menu overlaps and begins again below “home”.
How can I narrow the width of the menu and change the words without the menu breaking apart?
I experienced this issue only when I didn’t gave one menu item a name (if You’re using the latest version). Link?

I absolutely love this website and it is perfect for a portfolio in a pinch!
As I’m putting it together though I do have some questions…
1: I placed the background image in that I wanted but I also want to put the fancy_shadow in and can’t figure it out. I tried googling wrapper images and copy and pasted some coding for it but nothing is working. Could you give me some guidance on how to add the shadowing on top of the background image?
2: I want to add more than 2 portfolio projects in with the floating text on the side and I have copy and pasted the begin tag to end and it just doesn’t work. It over flows from the table and the font doesn’t float.
Could you please help me?

UPDATE : I figured out how to correctly repeat a work post but the ones I’ve repeated don’t have floating texts, they just stay at the top. I’ve completely dissected the css and still can’t figure it out. My roommate even spent hours trying to figure it out and we are both graphic designers who work in web so, I’m at a loss.
Also, I still haven’t found a way to place the shadow on the outer edge of my frame. I can have both a background image and the shadow, right? It has it on the sample website so I should think I am able to do it to.

Ah, the HTML version. You should really know how to work with this theme, it’s not ready to use (or at least I do not recommend to use it like You’ve bought it). You should try to integrate it into a Content Managment System or alternatively buy the WordPress version…

Hello your page ‘default gallery’ in submenu ‘dropdown’ is NOT INCLUDED . Can you please update the theme? It is there in the preview so i suggest your customers (as I am) expecting to have this page included.
Where did You read this would be included? There is a list right under “Here are the HTML files, which You get:” in the description where You can exactly see the pages which are included. And http://demo.dotwired.de/halo/dropdown/default-gallery/ this is not linked, so I can’t imagine buyers expect this file to be there.
Are you to lazy to remove it from Themeforest? That’s where i buy it. This is also a portfolio page, isn’t it? and the only place where you use fancybox. It would be nice if there is a page somewhere where the use of fancybox on the site is shown, now your customers have to find out by there self to work with your fancybox css styles.
Next time you better discribe what is not included.

Makes no sense to me. I EXACTLY described and even LINKED the pages which are included. It would be not logically to write what is NOT included rather than what IS included (well, I could write an endless text of what is NOT included, but well). Are you too lazy to read the description properly? Not my fault. By the way I don’t even see the sense of Your first and second sentence. Well…

It’s really a great theme. Unfortunately I have the same problem like machspd87: “I am having trouble with the menu. I am replacing the words of the menu and after doing so, the menu overlaps and begins again below ‘home’.”
This error only appears when I open the theme with Firefox. Safari, Opera and Google Chrome display it right. (Can’t tell if there’s a problem with IE too, since I don’t use this one.)

For some reason the contact form does not work? Doesn’t look like there is even a script for it in the download neither?
Is there any chance the contact form/page can be made available to download? I didn’t realise it wasn’t included when I bought the theme.

Nope, it isn’t. But it’s done with the free contact form 7 plugin, so I believe the styles should work automatically then.

I have a question about the dropdown menu: when I link one of the listings to a page, it goes invisible and is only visible when I hover over it. Could you please tell me what to adjust?
Also when I click on one of the dropdown items, the others magically show up that are not yet linked to a page.

Hi, I have some problem with the template since i have updated WP 3.5.1 on Firefox. The content editor doesn’t work when the theme is activated, when i return back to the template TwentyTwelve of WP. What should i do? Thank you.
It’s a great theme! I had the wordpress one! But since I update WP to the last version, all is dysfunctional… I’m sad.
Stay tuned, because we are going to bring back the WP version again (needless to say, it’s will be better than ever! :D)
