Thanks for this highly customizable theme.

Question about multiple columns: I have 4 one_fourth column divs in row but the contents are different so now the column have different heights. How can we fix this so that they can have equal height?

For example in the demo site, the colored-blocks page:

For the two blocks “Unlimited contact forms” and “SEO-ready”, if the page is viewed at full screen browser they have the same height, but if you resize the browser window to around 800 pixels wide, the two columns now have different heights. Can this be tweaked to have same height? Like in this example?

As to the example you have given – in fact it appears to be not responsive. And on our demo site the columns adjust according to content inside, and they are responsive too. This is why they might look different upon re-size, as they adapt to different content.

Can the size for the google map be adjusted? e.g. height?

Yet, there is no option in the theme to change the map proportion. You can only change map size by resizing the shortcode, but both width and height will be changing simultaneously.

hi your tags say rtl but i didnt find anything about supporting RTL languages. can you please let me know if your theme supports RTL?

Yes, the theme includes rtl.css fle and will be rtl if you need it.

The support system CMS masters are the worst… I have created a ticket got a reply quickly but the follow up of the tickets again is not well. people who is not too techy dont go for this theme.

As to support – please keep in mind that according to the support policy, each request can be reviewed within 2 working days (3 days for requests that require additional investigation). Also our support works Monday through Friday. Yes, you received your first response within 10 minutes after you submitted a ticket, while your follow up came in with a number of requests and could not be replied to this soon. As this happened on Friday, it is natural that you did not receive the response during the weekend.
