1. I want to add the appointment form on the slideshow. Is this possible? 2. I also need a form when it’s responsive. Is this possible? 3. I saw in later posts that you aren’t fully WP SEO Yoast compatibile… that was 6 months ago… are you now compatible with WP SEO Yoast?

1 – you can only add a button, but not the whole form 2 – form is not available on the smallest devices 3 – theme has its own SEO functions but works with Yoast’s SEO plugin with minor adjustements

Officially we don’t support any 3rd party plugins but as far as WPML goes we know clients who use for inner pages while having the front page in one language (not translated).
Ok so my staff page isn’t working…is there a short code?
Staff page is available at /staff-members/ URL. There’s no shortcode.
