I am trying to use the featured image function to place images on full-width pages. It is functioning properly except it keep s downsizing the image to 692×300. How can I change this number and make it responsive in the template?

Hello, I’d like to know if there is the possibility to disable the current lightbox in the theme because I want to use a different one. Also, I have a problem with the resizing of the portfolio thumbnails, I changed the size in the CSS but when I upload a picture wordpress cut that in a wrong way.

Hi Jan,

You can disable the lightbox by editing

/functions/scripts-styles-register.php

Remove line 9

And edit /js/page-elements.js

Remove line 297

Hey Guys – Great theme. I’ve bought it and implemented it, made some changes and its all great.

I’m having one or two issues with the thumbnails and the preview text not appearing for recent posts . I’ve logged these onto your help forum but had no reply as of yet. Its quite urgent. Please assist at your soonest.

You can sort the portfolio items from wp-admin / portfolio Sort section. You can drag and drop the items to your preferred order.

Hello, great theme but I have a small problem. I create my home page, select it and set it as main page from the settings and nothing shows it acts as if its not set as home page. Any solution? am I missing something?

How do you set up the initial site to look like the demo? My initial install has no menu, graphics, content, etc…just the logo and basic page frame. I’ve imported all the xml content files, set to static, and home page to no avail.

Hi, Please provide a url to check on the page. Don’t set homepage as static page. You can leave it as ‘Frontpage’ displays ‘Latest posts’ as default. This setting is at – wp-admin > Settings > Reading

Please go through the Help Guide in setting up the theme. The static page method will force a static page instead of the theme default homepage.

Please note that XML imports doesn’t include the images. You’ll need to attach images to the posts.

Hi, I’m using “Helm Responsive Portfolio for WordPress” and I tried to do something.

I tried to put 1500800 px pictures in slider but when I do this, I’ve black background in the slider’s bottom for my home page. I think that’s script configuration. He must be configured with 15001000px.

Sorry for the delay. All standard written plugins should work. However you will need additional CSS styles for the plugin as the theme is responsive.

The light box for mobile browsers pops up 2 small. you can not really see the image in a larger view there could you please provide a way to make it pop up kind of larger?
