I really like the theme and i am planning to purchase this theme for my new company website ( https:facebook.com/webvice ). But i wanted to know if the demo xml issue has been fixed and the theme is working fine and is flawless.

I guess it was a bad desicion to buy this theme i will have to buy another theme now as this one is useless for me as nothing is working properly.
Thank you. You are complain because of the demo XML file, which is a thing about wp, not about the theme. It’s working fine for me and others. And, the fact you purchased the theme doesn’t mean I have to send you the entire uploads folder. As I told you via email I wish I can help more about this but I have no control on the demo file, is generated by wp and the theme has nothing to do with it. Demo file is an add on, you don’t need it to use the theme, whic is simply fine. Thank you!

Hello, the demo xml file is a minor issue and is not part of the theme, it’s about wp. Anyway an update with a new demo xml is on the way and it will be available in 24 hours

As already said the wp importer is not part of the theme, is about wp and the new XML file is ok. Now, support works via contact form only! Please, Read. Send an email with your data and I’ll try to help you out, but it’s about WP, the theme has nothing to do with, once for all, the demo XML file is not a theme feature! And the file updated is ok, other user confirmed that the new one is loaded properly! Be sure you are running version 1.0.1. Please, support via email.
this was asked above specifically for this reason! you wrote that the update was there for the xml import. i would like a refund for the theme. i only bought it after you said the update was now available! see above. please let me know about the refund. i will also write to envato about this.
Yes, the update was available and the users who tested the xml confirmed that it was ok. I don’t know how to say anymore that importer is a wp feature and not a theme feature. Anyway, for the last time, support works via contact form only! If you follow support as asked I will try to help you doing the import myself, otherwise I can’t answer here anymore. Thank you.
PS: Authors have no control on refund on sales. Please read how to ask for support. Message board is not used for it. And, anyway, it’s really absurd ask for a refund because a file that’s not part of a theme but a wp feature. If you wish to get in touch with envato support you may do that. BUT, whay don’t you just ask for support in the proper way and let me check. It would be easier not?
Very nice theme! Question: Can the gallery items be Vimeo videos that open in lightbox instead of separate page? And the same question goes for your Fency and Stand themes, also very cool. Is Vimeo lightbox from gallery possible in any of these 3 themes?

Theme is fine, it doesn’t comes with an issue like that, nothing to fix, it’s fine is both versions. There are no others users that comes with a problem like this. I told you to check your installation.

How easy is to setup the portfolio style? I’ve bought one theme a couple o months ago and it’s being a real pain to setup the portfolio.
Disappointed with this theme. Tried setting up a portfolio page and all it did was create a bug on my homepage.

We are struggling getting the portfolio to work on the homepage. When trying to change the portfolio categories title or slug the homepage borks out. Not showing the portfolio anymore. so changing “Case Studies”, “Responsive Design” etc do this. I see some helpful requests in comments, however the answer is hidden in an email. help
Do you have any “import” content so we can have the same aspect has the template we have buyed.
