I tried to purchase this theme, but the transaction got failed, i tried many times with the paypal, but i couldn’t do it. Pls help me. how can i purchase it? i want 1 license, but i will use it for 2 websites, which are under my resller hosting accounts, and both for the sampe purpose, pls help me.

Hi I’ve installed the theme – but the Login and Sign up buttons are not displaying correctly – instead it says “Welcome visitor you can login or create an account” in larger text and also the language menu is written in larger text and wraps incorrectly… do you have any idea / tips why it might be doing that + how to fix?

When i visit main page from ie, the page elements doesnt look fit.For example :banner looks in top navigation menu , latest products, Best seller and special tabs not look fit on the page. Beside, when i click any of button or pages, ie gives page error.Maybe it would better i give you site name and then you check it.There is no problem other browser they re ok.

I have purchased this theme but I need it for an older version of Opencart as the payment extension I am using is not compatible with 1.5.x. Can you please supply Herbal theme for version 1.4.9?

i checked ie7 and ie8 again. ie8 works well, i think the problem is ie7.

Everything seems going smoothly after I purchased the theme and installed it by following your document. My cart looks much better now. Great job!

The only major problem (some minors which I might let you know later if I can’t resolve by myself) is, the truncations for text displays of product names.

I am installing this theme at my site in Chinese language. As you may know that ideographic characters are not represented by a single ASCII code, instead they have to be combined by several codes together. In your design of thumbnail displays, you try to truncate then display the ‘product names’ by a fixed numbers of ASCII codes. This will bring problems to Chinese system. The character before your … will therefore be cut then displayed by a strange garbage code which destroy the overall perfect design.

I am wondering if the truncations can be defined by calling certain functions to display a sub-string by ‘number of logical characters’ rather than ‘number of physical characters (ASCII codes)’. I believe there must be functions like this otherwise other software in Chinese won’t handle the problem so well as I have seen others.

Please try to fix this problem for me. Or at least please let me know in which files I have to work on and how I can disable the truncations and make them display the complete ‘product names’ as the default theme does.

If you can not see the display results after you modification, you can consider to send me the amended files so I test for you before your next delivery, if you may consider to do so.

I’m having an odd glitch with the green “Promo” sticker when I add a special to one of my products. It says “text_promo” and I have been through every .tpl and .php file in the herbal directory looking for an answer.

You are putting a text ‘Brands’ rather than a string variable here. This would be a problem to other language system.

I’ve some bug with this theme. I use the latest version of opencart (1.5.3.1) and your newest theme.

- At Home page in the bottom under products they have 3 column information can be add. but in my site it not in same row. How to fix it.

- in affiliate section. Customer cannot select Zone (zone id) and show error in page after submit >>”.../catalog/controller/affiliate/register.php on line 386” and also have layout broken in page . (I also test with fresh install opencart and herbal theme it’s still error)

- when customer register affiliate program they must check and look at “about us” but when they click in “about us” it open in new window. and all record data were cancel and must press back to refill again. how to fix this problem likes sign in process (when click there have the box over with in same page)

I check with IE9 and i try to check with another friends it’s get same problem
