I did it, but nothing happens…

When a refund is issued and you want to look into its report, say at /index.php?route=account/return/info&return_id=1

There are 2 error messages:

I am considering the purchase of this theme. However, I would like your thoughts about the following:

1. How difficult would it be for me (I am an experienced web designer) to make this theme responsive ?

2. Regarding the homepage slider, is there the possibility of replacing it with the slider that you use in your Izistore theme ?

Is this template compatible with Safari and Opera browser?

If I add more than 6 items to latest on homepage it does not line out correctly.

First it gives a row of three products, then every row contains 4 products (3+1)

Hi, I’ve just bought this and the dropshipper template and have some questions. I’ll deal with one by one and the 1st one is: How to display the CATEGORIES and BESTSELLERS on the default site page?

Bought this the other day and installed it without much trouble. THEME LOOKS GREAT , I LOVE IT ! I did have a couple issues that came up after all is said and done that are more about he resulting layout than anything else.

1. The ‘Welcome’ module installed/loaded and shows up on the main page. However, the 3 boxes do not line up on the same line. One falls to the next line and doesn’t look uniform

2. One the ‘My Account’, ‘Wish List’, and ‘Order History’ pages the mini form to the right of the page is off (they all use the same login form). The spacing between the two form fields is causing an ugly rollover effect on the ‘login’ button on all these pages.

There are couple other minor issues/mods that are needed as well but these are the ones keeping me from making the shop live after a couple more additions. PLEASE HELP find a solution Ravi.

Just a follow-up to my post 3 hours ago. I figured out what to do to fix the WELCOME module boxes. They are all set.

I still can’t figure out how to fix the My Account/Wishlist form so that everything is lined up correctly and the rollover looks normal.

I have found this same roll-over issue on the CHECKOUT page (in the Get Quotes section and the popup window that shows the real time shipping rate options).

Looks like the overall alignment is off in other areas too (Contact Us page drops the fax number, etc.)

I wish to know when the fixed version will be release . I waiting for fixed version because my website want to use an affiliate function.

2 bugs (It’s found in every websites that use this theme) - in affiliate section. Customer cannot select Zone (zone id) and show error in page after submit >>”.../catalog/controller/affiliate/register.php on line 386” and also have layout broken in page . (I also test with fresh install opencart and herbal theme it’s still error)

- when customer register affiliate program they must check and look at “about us” but when they click in “about us” it open in new window. and all record data were cancel and must press back to refill again. how to fix this problem likes sign in process (when click there have the box over with in same page)

Hey Ravi, thanks for follow-up with my post. I didn’t think to check other browsers because using Firefox usually covers me with most issues when I think cross browser problems… but , I am using Firefox.

I don’t see the issues with other browsers (other then the fax number not aligning properly on the Contact page of the cart/layout… which is consistent with all browsers). I would still need help with that.

While a couple of other browsers have a slight difference, none were as much as Firefox when it came to that rollover effect reference in my original question to you.

I had someone take a look at it and it seems to have leveled out and the rollover effect isn’t too bad now. The spacing is off, compared to the demo theme you set up but nothing that hurts the look/feel on my customer’s end.

I am trying to locate the exact spots to modify the code for: 1. The return options on the RMA page (current options don’t fit my product/market too well? 2. The look/layout of the popup page you see after clicking on the “Estimate Shipping & Taxes” from within the cart/checkout?

One final thought, with the SEARCH bar that loads on the Categories pages (before clicking on actual product links) it loads the option of having 3 product images o each line. It does offer the option to view each listing on it’s own line with some added product info. Is there a way to load that option as the default product listing option for the category pages?

Hey Ravi. Just an addon to my message. Is there a Firefox fix for the potential layout changes with the rollover effect I referenced a few times above? It seems to popup in newer versions (I have v14 now) and it’s really off-putting and looks like we got a little lazy when others check it out (from the feedback I received to see if it even mattered outside of my OCD , lol).

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Hi Ravi – i have just updated the opencart script to 1.5.4.1 from 1.5.3 do i need to change any of your files or will it all work ok.

Also re the question of making the theme ‘responsive’ how many hours do you think it will take a developer to sort?

Hey Ravi. Figured out how to modify the RETURN reasons. Must have kept missing the link altogether as that was an EASY fix. I also removed a line break on the ‘Contact Us’ to make the fax number line up better so that’s all set as well.

When you’re able, please let me know about: 1. Any Firefox for the misaligned rollover effects? 2. How to modify layout of popup window w/ the real-time quotes? 3. Any way to modify the CATEGORY page display to show the product listings show up as one per line (as the default listing) instead of the 3 icon/image links that load right now?

It’s been a couple days since I last heard from you so I am not sure if you’re working on or looking for fixes for what I had requested or if these fixes are not even being considered at this time.

I know you’re very busy. If you could please let me know if you’re still working on these requests or if I need to find another way to fix these issues as I am eager to finalize the cart setup and update my order links for my customers.

How can I install “add to cart” or “order now” buttons under the items in the “latest” module?

Thanks Ravi. I’ll try out that Category suggestion right now. I appreciate you looking into the Firefox bug fixes. Besides from some cosmetic issues on our end that’s the only thing keeping us from being able to go live with the store (since Firefox makes up about 1/3rd of the browsing audience).

I noticed that the same issues with Opera. I know you never stated anything about being able to support Opera so no issues there, but thought maybe knowing that it could help in some way while you’re putting fixes together….?

I was trying a few different Firefox versions before upgrading to the latest versions, I honestly can’t remember what versions they all were. The last couple of versions seemed to have the same issues.

Right now I am using the latest version of Firefox (v14.01)

I am not sure what earlier versions of Firefox were being used by those that I tested for feedback. I do understand they didn’t have the latest versions, however.
