The theme looks great and has lots of features, however I cannot get it to show a front page. I have tried a few options, and nothing seems to work. It should child pages fine, but only shows a blank, white screen when on the home page.

We don’t have an integrated feature for that but, you can install WPML (http://wpml.org) plugin and use it to display your site in multiple languages.

Hello, I have an urgent problem with The Events Calendar plugin in theme Hooray. The Calendar plugin conflicts with the plugin Mail Newsletter Poet, essentially I can not enter the place, images etc .. disabling the newsletter works well.

How could I solve this problem?

Hello, I recently purchased this theme and I am now having issues with it reverting to some sort of default version of the blog. I had a developer make an awesome version of it on my website. But recently as of two days ago its been reverting to some sort of default that is up now.

At first I thought it was some sort of hack or virus but I called GoDaddy and nothing seems to be the issue on their end. We keep restoring it to an earlier date to get what we customized and it returns. But then a few hours later it will revert back to that default.

Please get back to me asap. I paid a lot of money for that customization and need to know what is going on. Thanks.

I inquired this question on the Hooray Support forum and still have not gotten a response. So I am posting it here. Since I am now finally putting up blogs on my website I am running into trouble with uploading pictures using the Media feature.

I am also have the problem of having featured pictures actually show up on the blog when I publish. You can see that here: http://newmoney.sollars.com/new-money-first-mission-take-hollywood/

The feature picture shows on the home page but it does not show on the post page. I have to set default feature picture since I cannot upload them. This is a problem. Please let me know what is going on. Thanks.

Hi there,

Great work with the Hooray, clean look and a concise interface.

The issue I am seeing is that I don’t know how to change the font color in the top bar and the colors for the drop down options in the same menu (background and font).

When I change I go to typography and change the setting it works for the menu font type, size and all the options there but not the font, it remains gray.

Hi, thanks for your work on this theme. I would like to know how to do the “classic page” per default for my home. (posts in list mode directly). AND i wanted to keep the horizontal bar and icon on the category post on the top of each post (on list mode this detail disapeared you have the category name but stylished differently and i preferred the bar with the colour icon), like it is on the full width post. Thanks per advance for your precious help.

Why isn’t there a child theme for this theme? How do edit the source files without losing any changes when you inevitably update the theme? Please advise ASAP. Also your settings pages are very inconsistent. You use switches to enable things and then switches to disable things on a whole bunch of settings pages. All switches should be ON to enable and OFF to disable.

Is it possible to replace the post carrousel with something else, for example an area for newsletter subscribing?

Unfortunately, there’s no option to replace the post carousal with Newsletter subscription, and the theme doesn’t support the visual composer because you will not need it.

Regarding customizing the theme, you’ll be able to edit your CSS code easily via our theme panel.
