I bought this template and have issues with the gallery. http://www.bellesfleurs.ro/galerie/
One moment all the pictures are displayed next moment all are gone. As far as I could understand there is a problem with the folder Horizon/plugins/cache. I noticed, that when deleting the files in cache the gallery starts working again. One more question, for the Social Profile area on the left column, have you created a Google+ logo? like the facebook logo?

The attributes for horrizon/plugins/cache/ and horrizon/plugins are as you advised. The pictures appear online and than they disappear. I think the files’ attributes are ok, because in the cache folder there is an index and a lot of txt files created by the system. I noticed that if I delete the index.html file and all the txt files the gallery works properly for a while, but than the pictures disappear again; probably when a new visitor enters the site and the cache files try to regenerate themselves.

Hi, i bought this theme and very happy with it. But I have some problems: firstly when you enter a blog post, there is a white space at the beginning (I saw it happened to you too: http://themeforest.net/item/horizzon-unique-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/1206269), then I also noticed that if I put a photo as Featured in a post then it will look fine in the page blog, but when you enter the blog post, it is zoomed and cropped. Hi! White space is to align one and two-lined headings and to fit general grid of design. If you want to remove it there are several ways for it.
Photos are cropped according to complex algorithm to fit image into page box. This fits best for most part of users. But it seems you need some specific functionality. Possible workaround for this issue is following: blog page stays as it is, but single post page performs in new way. You divide post with <!
-more-> tag – everything before this tag + featured image will be visible only on blog page. On single post page will be visible only content after <!-more-> tag and featured image will be disabled. You put image directly into code for single post preview. This needs to make one more action with image but allows you to control size and crop of every single image. Please let me know if this variant suits you and I will rebuilt some core code for your theme and give you instructions how to use it. (this will require ftp access to site)Hi,

Also, I have just typed in my url on my iPhone and half of the screen is black. I used safari, as well as, other downloaded browsers and it was still the same. Have you any idea what the problem is?

I am now working on my website so I no longer need the ‘under construction’ countdown and my site is working perfectly on my iPhone.
My new query is how do I create columns for pages? I have made an ‘about’ and ‘contact’ page, but when I add content it appears in one single column instead of separate one. I want to add 2 or 3 columns for each page.The templates are currently set to default.

Hi! Check please documentation in .zip file you download after buying. About stats shares and tweets – these share buttons based on custom design – they use Get query instead of standard api. Currently there is no way to add counter under these buttons.

Is there a way of changing the blog heading colour?
At the moment I’m using the light version but the blog headings are a greyish colour which clash with the black background. I would prefer them to be white like the text.

I love this theme. Thank you. I can’t figure out why: When I set up a gallery, the images all function properly, but when it blows up into a light-box, the image gets cut off… in other words, the entire image is not showing in the lightbox… how can I fix this? richardhowdy.com homepage is what i mean. the galleries page is the homepage also.
Also: i set my home page to be my gallery page, but when i create a gallery, one is created on the home page, and two are created on the gallery page… can you let me know how to fix this?
finally: I can’t figure out how to get rid of the “under construction” page. Is this a setting somewhere? I see that I can choose the page for it, but i don’t want to set a page, i just want it gone…

I give up on using this theme. It is not very friendly and isn’t working properly. I feel like I wasted my money. Time to look for another one. I do not reccommend. I am not comfortable giving my username, password, and all ftp information to the developer to get it working. It seems like It should be working from the start, like the other themes. Again, I feel like Ive been ripped off.
