Could you help me please? I need to rename the folder of wordpress. And Theme HQ is installed and has been placed the contents of the site. When I change the settings of wordpress and rename the folder, the site opens but it works with all images broken. It has an easy way for me to solve this? Thank you.

The updated theme is not available in my theme forest account and I purchased it on nov 21,2012. There isn’t even a download option for the theme itself anymore? How do I get this?

Pre-sale questions please: Can I upload my own fonts? Can I play music? What about individual music on each portfolio page? (I don’t want the same music to play on my baby section as my men’s section of photos). Can I change the colors/fonts/backgrounds in each section? Is there an easy photo sort and drag feature within the portfolios? Right click protect? Can I bulk/mass upload my images? Because the images open up full-screen, will they adapt to smaller devices or will the images be cropped? Thanks!

HI there! No, you can use only google fonts. There is no audio player. You can change the background image or color for each page, all other settings are applied to the entire theme. The portfolio item is an individual post where you add the images. Yes, you can make a mass image upload. Yes, the images will be cropped and adapted to responsive.

Hey mad_dog! Hats off to a wonderful theme! I just purchased it a few days back… I have a small problem to solve from your side, but quite a big deal to me. I noticed that when in full screen mode, my pictures are cut from the top and bottom quite a bit. And on clicking zooming in, its sort of tough to navigate the bottom side of them as the thumbnails are there. How can I fix / alter this? I would like some blank space left around my photos as well… Please let me know. Awaiting a reply. Thanks!

Also, my portfolio doesnt seem to load images automatically. I have made 3 galleries for different types of images. I want them to be all therei n the portfolio and be sorted out according to the respective gallery images. Please tell me what to do.

I would like to use this theme for a music artist.

1. I noticed your documentation states that the video does not work from fullscreen home screen gallery on iphones. is there a way around this to allow videos to work on iphones? I would love to use a video fullscreen home gallery as the home page but you can image the artist and the fans uses iphones mostly and i would hate to preview her site and her videos do not function.

2. you also stated there is no audio player but you stated not to long ago that an update was to include an audio player in the comments (i have been doing research….lol). Is this completed or another way to include something a la your john doe theme?

Thanks for you interest in my product. 1. It only does not work for fullscreen gallery, because I used supersized for it. 2. Yes, I do plan to integrate the audio player to HQ theme, but this is not available yet, only can be done as a custom solution.

I’ve purchased and got the theme installed on my website, just upgraded to wordpress 3.5 and the site no longer functions – at all.

I’ve completely forgotten my login details or which email address I registered with as my business partner bought the theme (and is away for new year).

I can supply the purchase code – I have that to hand.

I desperately need help to resolve this – do I need a new version of the theme (and if so can you email me it – or instruct me how to do it) or do I need to revert bcak to wordpress 3.4.2?

We currently have a website which is completely broken and the only solution appears to be to install this new version of the theme.

There are a few solutions:-

1 – I give you wp-admin login details for you to fix 2 – you email me the new HQ install and I install and fix 3 – we wait a week for business partner to get back, and take the site down. 4 – you let me have his login details so I can login and download.

Any solution other than 3 would be amazing.

Excellent Theme! Is there any plan to add Pinterest support for visitors to “Pin” images? I’m looking for a good photography theme and I like this one but the only thing holding me back is no Pinterest button available for images in lightboxes or galleries.

Everything is wonderful, except on my Droid Incredible 2. Using the default browser, the menu ” + ” bar is unresponsive. Switching to Firefox mobile, the ” + ” bar is responsive, but the menu item font color is a white on white background pop-up.

Either way I have 2 questions, Can the mobile theme be disabled with customization? Or where can I edit the styles of the mobile version other than base-responsive.css?

...or should I just head to the support forums.

I’ve confirmed that its just my phone that the default browser doesn’t work on.

If I could just change the font color of the menu items in the mobile version then I can keep it up – But I didn’t see any attributes to that effect in base-responsive.css. I’ll ask on the support forums.
