after setting up child theme to icarostore my theme color (deepred.css) stopped working and shows grey background. I can change to blue, green ect, but the red is the only one not working when selected under Theme Admin options/CSS Style options
What am i doing wrong?
Best regards and thx for a brilliant theme
Very sorry – your message was missed a couple of months back and I just spotted it.
I’m not aware of this issue – I can take a look for you if you send me your details to firstname.lastname@example.org if it’s still an issue for you.
I’m having problems with insecure elements on my checkout page:-
The page at ‘https://mystore.co.uk/checkout/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://mystore.co.uk/wp-content/themes/icarostore/css/styleoptions/switcher.php?default=default.css'.
Is there something hardcoded in there that needs modifying. All content is forced to HTTPS.
Can you email me a direct link to your shop so I can see the issue?
Hi Ed, updating to the March release seems to have resolved issue. Cheers, Charlie
I like the theme, but i want little modification. Please confirm me that is possible in current theme or i need customization. If customization then please let me know the charges, so i decide before go for it.
We don’t want to show price on the website, just product catalog, description, pdf brochure and a inquiry form. Just need to remove the pricing and order feature.
Please confirm me as soon as possible.
I responded to your email.
Pls answer me why i cant see my stock code? i m adding new product and gave a new stock code but i cant see it in the page ?
You have poor documentation about translations for beginners. Please give a tutorial for es_ES translations. Woocommerce translations works fine , but the theme does not. http://corneliuslatam.com/
Hi there, is it possible to change the colour of the regular price and sales price of products? At the moment, if there is no sales price, the regular price of a product is red (C63E22). However, when there IS a sales price, the regular price is grey (626262) with a line through it and the sales price is red. We would like to change it so that if there is no sales price, the regular price of a product is grey i.e. the price is only red if the product is for sale. Many thanks, Andrea
I want to build a custom home page without using the widgets. Is that possible?
And is there also a shortcode to include the with the Flex Slider in the new homepage? (like “[slider]” or something else)
Thanks a lot!
Sorry about the delayed reply – that’s not possible at present – sorry.
We posted a comment – question – 8 days ago, but haven’t had an initial response back yet, so just checking that it has been received?
The question was:

Very sorry for the long overdue reply – we weren’t actively monitoring this account. I’m afraid things like that are possible but are not covered by theme support – they would require custom css to implement.
I get the following message when I go to create a page or add an item.:
Your theme (Icarostore WooCommerce Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Please update to the latest version of the theme (V3.0) first which is compatible with WC2.4.X
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
You’re attempting to upload the wrong file – the theme is inside the zip file you’re trying to upload.
Hi! I’m trying to edit an “About” page and am trying to use your shortcakes for columns, however, the 1/3 shortcode does’t fit correctly on the page. I’m using the no sidebar option, but still… the spacing pushes it below the other two columns. Please help!
sorry for the delayed reply – I’d need to see it directly
Please send me the url to your page and your WP admin user/pass – email@example.com
Hi I just upgraded to WC version 2.4.12 and Wordpress version 4.4 and it semi-broke the theme. Previously I had been running WC 2.0.x and everything seemed to work fine. I also had an old version of Wordpress from around 2014.
1) On the category pages, where it displays all the items at once—the thumbnails are showing up as 150px x 150px. This is too small and does not resemble the demo page on Themforest. Before I did the update, the thumbnails looked normal, like around 200px.
2) On the individual item page, the photo thumbnail is only 300px wide now. The Themeforest demo is at least 325px
3) Also, How do I get the search box to come up at the header with the orange button next to it (like in the Demo)? I must have removed it a long time ago and forgot how to put it back.
The overall width of the store seems correct. Around 930px. My screen size is normal, and I’ve tested it on 15” Macbook and 27” Imac. I am using Firefox and Chrome to test it.
Thank you in advance.
Thanks Ed, that’s a good idea. I have installed the new version of the theme and it didn’t make any difference. What else can I try?
hmmm – shoot me an email to ed@themesforge,com with your site url and WP admin user/pass
Hi there! I just recently updated the theme and my entire site looks so jacked up now. Can you please help? This site has to be functioning by FRIDAY!!!! The WooCommerce files were also not updated, so, I did my best to update them via the WooCommerce instructions, but that also could have messed up the theme. Can you please help??
You should always backup your site before updating WordPress, Plugins and your theme. I would need to see your site directly – please send your WP site url, WP admin user/pass and exact details of what your issue is to firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll take a look.
Please also explain in your mail what exactly you updated which caused the site to break.
