Hi. I have a problem. when I click a boton with a category in the principal menu, it category show all products and i want to show just the products of that category, not all. How i can divede those products in each category.

You can change that easily in the Theme Options. To do that login to your Wordpress Admin Dashboard and go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Home Details”. There you will see “References Post Header Text”. You can change that header as you like.

We use shortcodes for showing the product taxonomy (category). Products are special custom post types with special page template. You can find more info about it in the Help file under “Categories”.

what about the logo area. why is it not centered?

Our logo area aligned to the left. Logo area is fixed to 195px max-width and 65px height. You can design your logo with these sizes or resize your logo with this values. I advise using an empty canvas around the originial logo to fit the size

I wanna change sender and the subject of the e-mail.
It seems Wordpress as a sender and A new Email as a subject.

There are some 3rd party plugins for this purpose. You can either choose to use an SMTP plugin or User Meta plugin. We use Wordpress’s default structure to support both SMTP and META.

Do you have any plugins you would recommend that are compatible with this theme that would be able to integrating e-Commerce functionality (i.e. add-to-cart functionality with page to show what is in cart, checkout page, payment integration, etc.)?

Thank you for purchasing the iceMag Theme. We had so many requests for the Woocommerce (an e-Commerce plugin) compatibility but we stopped that project to keep the theme price lower. If you want to use an e-Commerce system, you can try WooCommerce. But it will take some coding as well.

I like this theme in general but am having a few issues.
1. Google Map is not loading into contact page even though I added latitude and longitude. I believe I have the most updated version of the theme.
2. When I space my paragraphs either by hitting enter or by using [br], they run together. There is no space.
3. I am trying to embed iframe video code from youtube on some pages and no matter what size the video code is set to display the video, it displays as a thumbnail size.
4. I can not figure out how to add videos to the gallery. I do not wish to upload them as I would like to house them in my youtube channel.
Any help would be appreciated. I am referring to the user guide that came with the theme download but the instructions are vague.

Thank you for purchasing the iceMag Theme. Because iceMag Theme comes with a lot of feature, it sometimes causes confusion. Let me try to answer your questions.
1 – In your first fresh install with the demo data, did Google map work? Or are you having this problem since the very beginning? Because we saw some of our clients enters their lat/long without commas. You will need to use the format comes in the default settings. Also, we made some updates and these updates contain some changes on the Google Map system. We’ve developed our Google Map area with way much faster speed and improved loading.
2 – Our latest update also contains an improvement about line breaks. If you are using the latest version you should be able to hit the Enter key and get your line breaks. Make sure you are using the “Visual” editor when using “Enter” key
3 – Iframe video sizes are fixed for responsivity. But it can always be changed by giving them a style attribute like this ;4 – Gallery uses PrettyPhoto effect for playing videos. While posting gallery images in the Wordpress Admin Area, you will see a field for URL. You can add your iframe video embed code there.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for purchasing the iceMag Theme. If you mean the text with big icons in the home page (Right Time, Responsive Touch etc) you can easily add them into your content by using our shortcode generator icon on the Text Editor.
To do this, while posting your content, use the “Visual Editor”. There you will see our shortcode icons. You can click on them and they will generate the shortcode for you.

We have a tutorial for extending the icons in our Support Forum. That way you don’t need to replace/edit any icons. You can simply follow the tutorial and extend icons with more images. After you follow that tutorial you can use your new images with our same shortcode.

I managed to fix the problem, I deleted all the template folder and then upload the original files again. The problem is that I need to make several changes to some items of “blog” and maybe this changes made ??the template go crazy.
