I used your theme for a client of mine back then was the version 1.0, How do I update the theme to V 1 .2.0 and how to I update the joomla core from 1.6.3 to 1.7.3 without loosing the style and content ?? can I use the automatic update feature on joomla using your theme??

Is there any way to get UTF -8 enconding? I’m having trouble with portuguese accents on titles. Tks in advance, wonderful template!

Please look this… http://ecommet.web507.kinghost.net/site/index.php there is a problem with circumflex accent, acute and many others portuguese accent. Seems there is support to UTF -8 Encoding or ISO -8859-1…

So how do I fix that? Its only happen on titles.

Hi i am having issues with the contact page:

Can you please assist.

1.Code is showing at the bottom of the Google maps.

2.Text of the footer is changed compared to the rest of the pages.

3.And there’s a large space between the footer and the copyright.

I have sen you a email with log in details.

Also given quickstrat pack is not working for 1.7 (sample data and template not working ) only default joomla is displaying

We have installed the Quickstart subdirectory folder on our web server. No adminstration screen activates on pointing to the Quickstart environment. The index file appears to be empty. Can you advise?

I am trying to locate the light version without success. I also want to reduce the padding on the main slider, so there is not so much space. PLease advise. Thanks.

Having trouble getting the profile to change to the colour I want, I have clicked on the profile in the backend, then made sure it is default by clicking apply, then clicked on save but the new colour profile is still not showing and just show the default dark profile?

Any ideas please?

Im sure the answer is going to be yes but I would like the background to be a little dark blue then what is on the live demo page options. Is this just an option where I can type in a different color code to get a darker blue?

Hi – Can you tell us how to change the background color on the whole site? We’ve looked everywhere, and sorry but cannot find it in the theme, code or images.

We’ve selected the light theme and we want to change the site background (not the content background container) to something other than white.

We’d really like to put an image back there. Can you tell us where in the code (not the admin tools) we can change the white background (see this page: http://184.154.224.18/~renaiss5/index.php/registration) to another color or perhaps put an image there instead?

i’m using the gk4 slider banner. the text has always a shadow which i’d like to remove but i’ve tried many things at the css code. the shadow still doesn’t go away

Hi, Can you please tell us how to get rid of two things on your template? We are sorry to bug you but we have spent many hours trying to find this before we write you.

1.) the top right plus sign that toggles and allows users to change the appearance of the site 2.) the very bottom footer where it says TWINCORE 3.) And how to control the font? We turned off cufon and PhocFont but still our template is using some sort of cufon to replace our headers. Firebug shows us this. The headers look so blurry now. How do you turn that off? We tried your template controls, did not work.

Purchased this template, great work! just have a question if anybody can help, when I go into the administrator panel then extensions/template manager then click on Identity – Default I get this error Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDatabaseMySQL::loadColumn() in /var/www/vhosts/wikibilim.kz/httpdocs/test/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/admin/util.php on line 1137

what could be the problem?

Hi, I purchased your template and it does not work right in Firefox 6 in regards to the Google fonts, it is not using the correct font in Firefox but is fine in all other browsers?
