any ideas?
Impulse theme doesn’t use easing, perhaps it’s a plugin? It’s either that or your using an older version of the theme in which case you’ll need to re-download and re-install.
I redownloaded the theme and reinstalled it. Still getting the same message. I also deactivated all of my plugins and it is still there, which suggests to me that it is still the Impulse theme.
Any more ideas?
Try clearing your cache, This has happened to quite a few people. If it still acting up after send me a email with the details of the admin area and I’ll take a look at the backend. Thank you.
This Happened to me too! im getting the same pop up “Please stop hotlinking my easing script — use a real CDN instead. Many thanks” so im trying to dowload the new theme, and 1st of all im confused with downloading the theme, do i download “main file” or ” installable wordpress file”. So i thought i would download ” installable wordpress file”, and now im trying to add the new theme to wordpress, but im getting this message:

Theme install failed.

Please, re-download and re-install. The user was experiencing this due to a dated version the theme. You can get the update from your downloads section.
I wish this theme was responsive! Are you planning on updating this?
I may consider it as a future update as of right now it’s on the list. But on date to confirm.

Yes, Please re-download and re-install. This is usually caused by an older version of the theme. An simple update will fix the issue’s. Thank you.
The problem is that i’ve made A LOT of css change and i don’t want to loose anything, can you tell me wich files i have to chang for remove this popup message ?
You could try just updating all of your core files, which is in the “scripts” folder. Make a backup of your website then apply the update only to the “scripts” folder.

OK I FOUND IT !! You need to change the line :
“wp_register_script(‘easing’, ‘http://gsgd.co.uk/sandbox/jquery/easing/jquery.easing.1.3.js', ‘jquery’);”
in the impulse/scripts/functions/extra_functions.php file by :
“wp_register_script(‘easing’, ‘jquery.easing.1.3.js’, ‘jquery’);”
make a file :
“jquery.easing.1.3.js”
like this :
“http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery-easing/1.3/jquery.easing.min.js”
and put it in the same directory !

Hi, I love this theme. Been using it for a few month now:-) I have one problem. when I use pictures in my posts the text is placed beside the picture when i publish. Normally you can choose to center the picture which should make sure that the text is placed under the picture, just like when you choose “none” for picture placement…. both settings don’t work…. Right now I have to sit at press the space button several times, and then press preview to see if the text have moved below the picture.

uncatagorized as a menu option.. how do I delete this out of my theme or get it to not show.

Just wondering if there is any way to order blog posts in order of their age (oldest to newest) instead of the other way around (newest on top)?
Also, is there a reason I can no longer access Appearance > Impulse Options anymore? The tabs show but there is no content (ie. I used to have to change the logo via one of the tabs) but now everything has vanished??

Just thought I’d add some more info to help answer my questions, I selected this theme myself and purchased the template through a web designer (happy to provide their details to prove so) when I had no idea about Wordpress.
I’ve tried updating the theme but continue to get this message “An error occurred while updating Impulse: The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files..”.
Have also visited CPanel File Manager and actually can’t find any files there either, but all of my other websites I can.
