Just purchased, very excited… but theme is broken. Pls help! Shuts down my site everytime I activate.

THis theme is broken I need another zip drive sent to me. Paid for something that just does not worked. Followed your instructions on how to upload the file but it continuously shuts down my site!
When I disable the header pattern, it still appears and when trying to click on the drop-down menus, they disappear very quickly. Any help would be appreciated.

There is always room for a customization but no this theme does not come with a built in option such as that sorry.
I recently purchased this theme but am very disappointed to find out that it does not support child themes. When buying a theme such as this I expect that it will have as standard support for child themes.
The fact that you mentioned in one of your responses to someone requesting assistance with child themes that you “had not tried to use them previously” is disconcerting.
Why are you making themes if you are unable to provide something as basic as child themes…

You don’t have to come to my comments section if you have a problem. You can submit all your issues with the theme threw my contact form. Regarding this I’ve only had 1 other person having this issue no one else has reported it.
To the other person I recommended creating a custom css file uploading it to the ftp and including it into the css file and it worked perfectly. For some reason my featured slider is not changing to the specific category that I choose.
If im not mistaken, you go to impulse options, home page, featured then enable the slider option , then select category next to feature by category. Is that correct?
If so for someone reason it’s not changing to a designed category. The category have post attached them as already btw. Please get back to me asap.

Where do we find the thumb.php file and cache folder? Timthumb doesn’t seem to be included in your theme…
What exactly am I missing?
This theme does not come with timthumb it uses a built in wordpress feature to resize the images.

If your asking does the category page have a featured slider no sorry it does not.
Hi, I’m not sure how you got slider out my question, perhaps I am not using the right terminology. Search Engines tend to place a higher value on Pages over Categories. I’d like to have a Page Template that pulls in Categories. This is not an uncommon feature in Wordpress developments. Are you capable of making this modification? Thank you.

Hi, I just purchased the theme, I used it on localhost MAC and worked great. When I uploaded to LIVE environment the backend CMS is BLANK . The “Impulse Options.”
What could be causing this? I deleted all plugins and that didnt fix the issue.
