[a] The purchase key does not appear at the side of the download button. You have to hover over the button and copy the link and then use the last part of the link. Pain in the neck!

I found a bug! Please check this page:

then select “mode & fashion” in front of “sort by” option. As you can see, the first row is broken and only one item is there!

I’ve also a suggestion which I told your long time ago and you promised me to fix it, but it still not here… Please let us loading customized categories which contains only photos on that category NOT ALL of them. For example look at my website. I want to create those POST CATEGORIES under Portfolio Menu then when user select each one, load the inner page (Portfolio Listing) which contains Photos only from selected POST CATEGORY.

Hello, thanks for contacting us. As you said you have imported twice. Just try to remove unnecessary menu items from Apperance > Menu.

Thanks freevision. Got that one. I think I deleted the file download feature of this theme. That is one of the big reasons why I choose this theme. It is under the FEATURES MENU. Can you please guide me on how to get that back? Thank you..

Freevision, please ignore the above comment/request re the File Download feature. I’m new to this but I figured out how to get the Download File feature into action. But another item on the sidebar menu under FEATURES is the WANT to Work With US item. I have been scouring tis site for 3-5 hours now but I cannot find anything to get that into action. Please guide me through so I can use this very nicely done theme. Thank you much!

Hi, Is there anyway I can find the documentation of how to upgrade to the latest version. I cant seem to use Contact Form 7 and I suspect it could be some theme issues that have since been fixed. Cheers Ste

I have sent in a ticket, and emailed prior about the Broken Portfolio. You asked to take a closer look on May 16. I gave you logins and have not heard anything else about the portfolio fix. It has holes in it when using the sorter. I refuse to send in another ticket or another email about it. I have a site I NEED to launch. And this is holding me up. Please fix the portfolio. I noticed other comments saying the same thing and it’s unfair to the purchaser to have to chase you down for a bug that should have been fixed months ago.

I list the problems with the template on May 24, since there is still a problem with url rewriting of portfolio. No response from you since June 7. I’m getting a little desperate … the theme is really good, but the support is not reactive with the tickets of incident.
