Hi guys,

Client is complaining to me that the menu and the slider are not responsive in IE 11. They look and work fine in firefox and chrome and the IE inside of AOL but not the desktop version of IE using windows 7. I had someone else look at it and they said they were having the same problem.

any solution?

Thanks for contacting!

As to the issue you describe – in fact we have not received any reports regarding this so far, and Increase is now used by hundreds of customers. Could you please provide a link to the website, and perhaps it will be easier for us to see what you mean if you submit us a support ticket, so that we could see it from your end – submit a ticket.

Thank you!

Hello, I was wondering if you do Freelance work? If yes then how much would you charge to make your own Increase Theme compatible with SEO Plugins like Yoast and All in One SEO plugin?

thank you.

In fact, we do not take any custom project, so you will need to use help of a third-party developer. Appreciate your understanding.

Thank you!

Thank you for your reply.

I will post a message on the Envato Forum so hopefully get a reply.

In the meantime I regret heavily purchasing Increase Theme (2x) because it is not compatible with any SEO plugins

have a good day.

Hello! I’ve got a presale question. I really love your theme, but is there any (not very complicated) way to make this theme narrower? It look great, but with 1920×1080 resolution, on the others like 1366×768 it is a little bit to wide for me. :/ I think that I’ll purchase it anyway, but it’ll be great if my issue can be solved. :)

Thanks for your interest!

As to theme width – in fact there is no such option, as it would affect responsive presentation. Appreciate your understanding.

Thank you!

Hi how do I add “Increase Page Options” to my taxonomy? it is working in posts. I have tried duplciating cms-theme-options-post.php to locations.php and renaming “posts” to “locations” in file with no luck.

Please advise how I add add it please to my taxonomies.

As to your question – in fact not sure to understand what exactly you are trying to do, and please note that we cannot guarantee correct functionality for the theme after you apply custom changes to theme files.

Also please in order to receive support for this item, log in with account you used to purchased the theme, as currently we do not see purchase verification.

Thank you!

I downloaded the theme and have been using it for a while, but all of a sudden my contact forms are gone, and now I don’t even have the “Form Builder” menu option in Wordpress. Is this something you got rid off?

Also, are there any updates scheduled that make it to where the HTML interpreter acts more like a regular one? Currently it’s reading spaces, indents, and returns in the HTML code (not the visual editor) when it’s not supposed to be affected by the HTML code formatting. It makes any custom HTML code behave so strangely that it is really time consuming to do something really simple!

As to the forms – recentlu another author has released a contact forms plugin that has the same name as our form builder, and in many cases our plugin was simply updated with another plugin files. You can download the original plugin from Themeforest together with the theme archive and upload it instead of the one you have now. Also please do not update your plugin from admin panel, as it will automatically load the wrong plugin.

We are currently working to solve this issue, soon there will be a theme update to make sure the plugins have different names and do not update eachother. For now please use the default plugin from the archive, you may as well contact our support for help, the guys will help you with solving the issue – contact support.

As to composer – in fact there is not much we can advise now as this is a rather typical issue for content editors, and for now we can advise either not apply html changes via composer, but create all the html content using a default WordPress editor. We still do keep in mind this issue, and should there be any suitable solution we can offer, we will upload it as an update. Appreciate your understanding.

Thank you!
