Hi there,

A while ago we’ve asked a couple of questions about not displaying the parallax images on the iPad. You told us it would be fixed in the next update but it’s not. How can it be that they show up with the demo site and they don’t in our version. Please let me know how can we fix this on a short period of time because this takes to long now. Thanks Paul

Hi There, How much time time do you need to give me a simple answer.

The images wont show up on the ipad. They do in your demo site ( when we make a fresh install with imported demo content it works), but in our own pages theyy don’t. We’re in the middle of a project so an answer would be very nice.

We are considering the purchase of this theme. This theme is responsive? On explorer and chrome can be seen in shots and not fluid. Do you know why? Thanks.

I have a question, I updated my wordpress to version 3.5.1, plus your theme not updated yet, and my site is giving some time locked in parallax scrolling to next page. Why not also be upgraded to the new version that you released?

I love this theme but since purchasing it, I have 3 comments.

1. Scrolling with the arrow keys does not work. 2. The loading wheel sucks – all loading wheels suck. 3. It does not look good on mobile devices. Either the backgrounds don’t extend to the full length or the top nav bar doesn’t show up. It can’t be my website because my iphone 5 does the same thing with your demo site.

Make these mods and your site is perfect (from what I found saw so far).

Guys could get no the “Loading” theme, I’m happy!! In the File Header (header.php) look for the code: div id=”preloader”

Then add this <!—> And looks like this:

ok so… why this theme dosnt work on my phone? Nokia Lumia 900 and Lumia 920

Anyone else have problems with the loading page? My site gets stuck on the loading and wont show my index page to access the website. Any Help?

Hi There, I am planning on a purchase for the Increative theme, however I have 2 questions

1. On the demo I notice the animated elements are only 4-5. How many layers can be added and can be animated, is there an option for 10+ layers?

2. I notice that the home page is displaying single pages, each with different layers. My guess is this would be something like a home page template that combines the pages. Question is: would it be possible to make such combinations for inner pages: hay I want to have home2, home3 – all of them displaying different single pages?
