Hi there! Congratulations for the theme is amazing ! ..but these days i am facing up a big problem. In local it’s okay but on line external pages load very slowly.
I would like to know if you can help me in these things:
1) Is it possible to put an ajax-preloader for compensating the wait? 2) Or is it possible to go to the page even if its content isn’t fully loaded?

the slow loading isn’t related to influx (which scores 98/100 on google page speed), it only depends on your host bandwidth and amount of assets used in the site.
1) not available as simple option to be turned on – so it would be possible but you’d need to customize javascript sources
2) no, influx needs to know exact page height so all assets must be loaded in background before the new page is shown.

Great theme. So far I have not had any issues. Very easy to implement and very easy to make changes. So far with very little work I was able to create this: [url removed] Some slight variations but the skin is mostly the same. I look forward to expanding upon it later and utilizing some functionality to create a blog.

How easy is this template to modify? Does it come with dummy text and images when I purchase it?
Hi, Yes it comes exactly as you see in the demo, same content layout, the same 3 skins (3 example sites), only difference is that the images are dummy instead of the demo ones, but they are in the same positions and the same size. So all you have to do is replace the images and text in the html files.

Hello I like this theme and I would like to buy it, but I dont have to expirence in programming code or (ajax/HTML5) so have to ask some questions:
a) I dont have to expirence with (Ajax / HTML5 ) so I would like to know if the installation or configuration is a difficult issue
b) Does this template comes with an administration or back-end? and if it is easy and friendly to upload photos or information?
c) Do you give us the form of installation and configuration?

Hi,
To insert your content into this template you only need to know how to edit plain HTML files (using a code editor such as Notepad++). You do not need any knowledge of HTML5 or Ajax.
The template does not have a back-end or admin area, because it is a HTML /CSS template and not a theme for a CMS .
The download package includes extensive documentation which will walk you through the instalation and setup as well as advise you on insertion of your content. Finally we have a support forum for our buyers, where you can ask questions about stuff if you find they are not covered in the incuded documentation.

If you require customisation to the page layout/CSS, you will need to make those yourself. It would be the same an inserting icons in any html/css page.

I have a question on the testimonial widget, is it supposed to be interactive? I looked at the code in Dreamweaver and only saw a way to display one quote. Am I missing something, can you have several quotes appear? If not could I make an animated gif to drop in that spot? Thanks for your help.

That slider only supports images, but there would be nothing stopping you from removing it and placing an inline video there instead.

Hi. You taught me to try to help but could not find a way all day long. In forum , i cannot find about my problem. and search “influx” but i cannot download any file too! I have been registed this morning.
There art two way my complaint.
1. This template’s problem is not display on iphone 4, iphone 4s. What’s wrong my iphone? Let’s try Your iPhone running Safari and try to connect to this address. http://pixelentity.com/previews/templates/influx/light_index.html After I purchased the iPhone does not have realized that the normal output. and that have 3 console debug problem.
my test about original template view PC- ie8(ok), ie9(ok) / Mac- not test IPAD2 (ok), Galaxy2(ok), iphone4(x), iphone4s(x) But on the iPad seen the template are not seen on the iPhone is amazing.
2. Forum’s structure and navigation is diffucult. I have not find to 10 hours of register question menu, answer, but the answer was nothing I wanted. Even not download any patched file,”you do not have permission to access this page”-my account of supprotForum is “mun5858” .I have been input search field “influx”, “iphone”, but the answer was nothing I wanted.

Make sure you have private browsing set to off because that option is known to break a lot of javascript heavy sites like influx.
We developed this template on iphone/ipad from the start and we know it’s working. If you want to further discuss, please open a thread on our forum because that’s our only official support channel.

Love this theme – very nicely designed and thoughtfully built. I just wondered if you could answer a few questions: 1. Some of the pages hidden in the top header (contact us etc) are not pages in their own right – so google won’t display these as links when searched. Can this be amended or can we pull some of these pages, such as contact us into it’s own url? 2. The different skins show different elements but the basic homepage is a portfolio, is there a way to have a prominent piece form the portfolio showcased on the homepage – larger than the other items? i.e. so a big project could be shown on the homepage to keep the page looking fresh?

Hi again, forgot to ask – the homepage portfolio – will it display all portfolio items or can we choose how many we want to show? And if that is the case, can we create a separate, more comprehensive portfolio page to show all the remaining work? (We have a fair few pieces of work to show but I don’t want to have all of them on the homepage).
