Our wordpress version of inFocus theme is responsive but not the HTML version. Sorry.

I got this message when I tries to install the wordpress on my theme

Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
1. How hard would it be for me to add [tab] support to this theme?
2. Will you offer CSS versions of your new themes? Everything is wordpress based but I really need plain css. If I buy the wordpress version and pick it apart for just CSS is that relatively easy?
3. I really like inFocus but I may be forced to go with an alternative
If I use the Wordpress version can I still make standard css pages without going through wordpress or would that not work anymore 
Other than that this theme has been fantastic for us the last 3 years I just need a few new features to keep it going…
