We purchased the I+S theme and were wondering if you would be able to make modifications to the homepage (pretty photo) slider for us as a separate project?

Hello, can you describe a bit more what is wrong with displaying the pictures, what effect not works? Maybe you can send us a link to this problem on your site, so we can see how it looks? (here in comments or via email using contact form in our Theme Forest profile).
The effect of the images makes me not to click on each skewer when I open a new window with the image, internet explorer 8 gives me error of JSON is not defined but I have not touched anything. Thanks
We purchased the html theme a couple of months ago and we’re really pleased with it, it has enabled us to give a fresh look to our corporate sites. Congratulation on the 1000+ sales!
Only issue we’ve had so far is that the navigation bar does not let the visitors know which page is currently active. Is there any CSS quick fix we could use to ease the navigation and make it more user friendly?. Thanks a lot
Hello, thank you. Yes, I think this is possible to do this in HTML version, by creating and then adding some additional class to menu item that will mark the main item as selected. For example, creating a new class with background-color property and assign it as a second class to the current navigation item in each html file – you can assign two classes in this way for example: class=”class1 class2”.

I contacted DC (as many have) and they wrote me this yesterday (Feb. 20, 2011):
“Hello, yes the update to this theme (I+S Wordpress) is coming soon, the new version is our next release on Theme Forest and we are finishing work on this product – all people who bought the old version will be able to download the new version.
It should be available soon, it will have the same design but this will be a 2.0 version with completely new engine, better CMS and functionality, plus some great new features. Sorry it takes so long, but it is over soon.

Not that this will settle anyone, it really sucks that it’s been so long, but I am hoping that they make good on their words. We all know it will be an amazing theme. I am also waiting for this to start a project.

On the Contact.php page, how can I correct the sent confirmation message from “Your email was sended” to “Your email was sent” because “sended” is not a correct grammar.
Which file do I edit ?
Yes, you can change this in contact.js file located in “js” folder – search for “sended” text.

Hi, great template.
I would like to use the jqueryUI autocomplete function on the searchBox, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Presumably this is because there is some javascript that is associated with the searchBox (the “type text to search..” scrolling text).
Is there any way to get the jqueryUI autocomplete to work?

My client is using the wordpress theme IS and got a call from a customer. The drop down menu disappears when the cursor moves to the items that dropped down from the services tab.
I have a Mac and Im not having this issue, but both people who are, are using PC computers and Internet Explorer. Is this a problem I can fix or do they just have crappy browsers? I’d love to fix it so that all browsers don’t have this problem. As you can imagine, customers might not like the ‘feature’ of disappearing drop down menus when you try to click on one.

Thinking about purchasing and customizing for portfolio and blog site. Few questions:
1. Can the bottom two modules, (what you’re calling “Services and Products Overview” and “Latest from the Blog” as seen on the home page demo), be shifted so that any number of posts from the blog can fill what is now the “Services and Products” section? And can a twitter feed be placed where the “Latest from the blog” is now?
2. Do we have control over what posts and/or articles get displayed in the featured slider?
3. Does it support embedded YouTube, Vimeo AND self-hosted flv or quicktime videos?
4. Is there an option for a Full Page template (in a Page and/or a Blog entry?
5. In the blog, is there a way to have the entry titles ABOVE the featured photo rather than under?
6. Are there various font options?

Hello, this is a HTML template version of Innovation+Science, so there is no functionality like blog etc. In this version Blog is more like design here to implement further for some CMS . As for the videos, you can use videos from YouTube or Vimeo by using the embed code. It is also possible to modify the code and move the title above the featured photo…
I think you are looking for WordPress theme – it is not available at this moment in our portfolio, but the new WordPress version of Innovation+Science should be ready soon and be back on the marketplace.

7. Is the menu customizable? Many times I will need to create temporary stand alone pages that I won’t want to show up in the menu.
