INSIGHT - 10 in 1 Premium Portfolio Wordpress Them

Couple things.

First just wanted to say on the menu drop down issue if your on say Home Page and you roll over the about drop down then yes the right side of the about menu item disappears but if you click on the about link then scroll down on the drop down of it then the right side does not disappear on the about link. Not sure if you or any one noticed that or not, just FYI.

Second, I have a friend that installs IKEA kitchen cabinets with his construction company and not really sure if they would use the blog side of the insight theme so i dont know if your html/css version would be more suited for it or not but was wandering i do know HTML and know how to code HTML but not javascript or php allthough i can edit some php. Is the html/css version easy to edit the html if i get that one instead? Which one would be more suited for what im wanting you think? But also not sure what the web server his site is hosted on can handle in terms of php. I know it can do php but i dont know what version or anything and what its limitations are on that as all i have access to is the ftp folder and thats it. Your professional input would be great. I did download the free robust 5 in 1 theme of yours they are offering for free just i like both that one and insight and not sure which one i want to go with yet. Hard Hard decision.

I’ll just repeat the first part of the comment. Think im just gonna do the html version of the Insight theme since i dont think my server does Wordpress themes.

I was saying for the menu issue of rolling over a submenu of about or any of the others then the right part of About disapears. But if you actually go to the about page and then rollover the submenus of About then they dont disappear. Just FYI .

Just noticed you said on one of your comments on one of the themes you tried looking at it and also a bunch of people were talking about it so i though i would tell ya what i noticed incase no one noticed it.

Are you going to integrate Button Shortcodes, too? Like the Buttons @ phenomenon theme.

Hi – We’re having an issue with the template – many things on the page are askew. The top menu bar is not showing up, the area where the prettyslide is raised up over the top menu bar.

We have a “mess” of pages at the bottom”, need a way for page management so that we don’t have to keep “omitting” pages.

The fonts in your themes are changed.

The images for the picture slide at the top aren’t displaying, only left scrolling text of the title of the article.

Wasn’t expecting this, looked pretty turn key. We followed your instructions line by line and watched the video help files.

Bluz, I just purchased your Inisight theme and I have previous wordpress experience, but I am having trouble figuring things out. The whole input process is complicated: Nothing is showing up in the featured boxes, having trouble inputing the sliding pictures and title, cannot figure out how you made two columns on the main page such as the “from the blog” and random testimonials”, how to implement the portfolio page, etc.. Please help, I really like the setup of it though if I could just figure out how to get there. Im sure its simple, thanks – Reilly

This comment has nothing to do with the theme itself, but it has to do with sales of the theme. Perhaps you do not care, but people read these comments (and developer’s replies). I, for one, will pass on a theme if I see that a developer responded to purchasers with a snide, arrogant attitude. That was the case in your responses to aoterrell and mjohnson24.

@JennyGood – Gotta agree with Paz, RTFM is something that I’ve seen many places. Too many folks (myself included) resort to asking questions that have been addressed. Most developers here on themeforest do a fantastic job supporting their products, but they are always working on creating the next best theme in their arsenal. For us non developers… most of the time, PEBKAC (Problem exists between keyboard and chair)

Well I purchased this theme today, and followed EVERY step in the documentation, and watched screencasts. This is the end result:

It is totally messed up. I tried to look at the link to one of the images in the slider, and it said:

remote host “bluzgraphics.com” not allowed

I don’t understand why it does not even look half way normal. It had errors when I imported the dummy content, and absolutely no images are working on the site.

I have other Bluz themes, and never had any problems with them. I hope this can be fixed easily.

If the owner cant help me, is there anyone else who bought this theme, and had this issue and solved it? If so please share. I need to get this working ASAP or I will need to find a better theme.

Theme update: Version 1.4 – 27/10/2010 – Updated the dummy content file, the Timthumb script, and the cufon script.

How can i move the menu to the right side? the logo is over lapping it :/
