Have you tried manually installing wordpress to see if the problem still occurs? I’ve tried installing the theme via ftp and still having the same problem

Hi. Can the slider be replaced with a static image? and do you support videos on inside pages?

Absolutely the slider can be easily replaced by a static image. Video embed codes from youtube/vimeo just need to be pasted into your page content, we didn’t add video shortcodes because it is just as easy to paste the embed code.

Hi there…

Supersuperhappy and content with this theme…only one question concerning the ‘alt =’ info… The ‘alt’ information for pictures doesn’t show up after filling them in the library of wordpress… he leaves me without the alt info I proviced… please inform!

This script allows third-parties to check for the existence of files in your webspace, and potentially upload their own files. This could result in damage to your website content, allow hackers to infect the computers of visitors to your website, and in extreme circumstances allow the server itself to be compromised.

Version 2.1.4 of uploadify.php is the specific version that is vulnerable (which does comes with the theme), but if your version is older than this then your script still needs to be updated.

I’ve removed it from my install – I’m assuming its just used for the cufon font upload part?? Or is it needed elsewhere?

No we do not leave uploadify out in the open to be exploited by hackers. The script is not even loaded unless you are logged into wordpress with admin priveleges. And you can totally remove it if you want since it is only used for the cufon font uploader.

Great theme.

I seem to have a very faint grey around some of my logo – it seems to be on the top and left of my logo. It doesn’t matter if I make the logo bigger slightly – the faint border remains. Could you tell me what I need to change – many thanks. T.

Hi Curt where are the support questions being held for inFocus theme? Been disconnected for a while, but my site keeps getting hacked/ exploited. Need you to give me some direction. Hi Curt- It seems like questions in the forum are sitting for 5 days + However, you respond to the comment section prior to purchasing regularly- seems a bit upside down- Is your staff only replying once a week to the support forum for issues folks are encountering?

This theme is great, I’ve used it on a few sites. One feature that would be nice is if the Featured Area Width slider (and template width) allowed you to go larger than 960px. I’m currently trying to manually change mine to 1024px but having a few issues. Any plans for future updates to allow for a wider layout than 960? Thanks!
