You always come with something nice, good luck with sales!
Thank you.
Really nice attention to the little details. Great job guys!
I’m seeing many sales in your future.
Cheers! We hope
I like this one. Good luck man.
Thanks!
Is this theme translation-ready (via mo/po or admin panel)?
Using .po language file, yup!
Hi, great theme. I have 3 quick questions before I purchase:
1) Is there a way to change the color universally across the site with one setting? I would want to change everything that is blue to a green color including buttons and highlights.
2) for the “work” section, can I name that whatever I want? i’m thinking about sorting recipes into different categories instead of portfolio pieces.
3)Is the actual page that the individual work appears on editable? (http://demo.wpbandit.com/intent/?portfolio=living-room). Can I add text below the image or only to the right? Is there a limit to how much content would be on this page?
Thanks!
Thanks!
1) Yes, you have a color picker in admin for the global color. You only need to change that one color in admin and hit save and you will have a new color. Styling page looks like this in admin: http://i.imgur.com/PZtJv.jpg
2) Yes, it can be given any name. It’s a page template, so the title can be whatever you want it to be.
3) There is no limit to how much content you can add, but the content area is either on the left side or the right side depending on what you chose. You can use shortcodes or anything else you want in in that sidebar area.
Thanks for the quick reply! Regarding #3, Can I link the the individual work on the portfolio page (http://demo.wpbandit.com/intent/work/) to any page? For example could i link one of the items on that page to a custom page other than this page (http://demo.wpbandit.com/intent/?portfolio=living-room) or link it to a blog post instead?
Thanks
You can put links on the single page in the form of buttons to external links, but the projects on the main portfolio page will always either open a lighbox or link to the single page – at least with current option available. We may add this feature you ask for in the future though – good idea/feedback!
Sorry, one other question. Can i have different child menus on different pages?
Thanks again.
Yes, each page can be given any type of template. Child menus show only pages that are children (subpages) of the specific page.
Thanks for your reply. I have one more request: Could you please show a screenshot or explain how the front-page slides are managed (needs to be user-friendly for my client). Is it done via the themes admin panel? And can slides be linked to pages/articles?
Sliders are super easy to manage. We use the default WordPress gallery for it, so they would just upload images as usual to the specific front page, and they will appear in the slider in the order numbers given in the gallery.
If you write text in the caption field, it will appear on top of the image as on demo. If you want to link a slider image, you write the link in the image description field, and it will auto-turn into a clickable image. Here is a screenshot from how our demo frontpage #1 looks: http://i.imgur.com/x3kZm.jpg
As you can see, the caption is in the caption field (text) and work/ = links to /work/. You can also put a full http link there with same result.
I really want to purchase this template, I only have one question. Can I use this template to develop a stand-alone website that does not depend on WordPress. If not, is there anyway that I can alter this website code, still providing you [as an author] with credit to make this template work for my stand-alone needs like http://_______.com
I think it should be fine as long as you follow the license rules: http://themeforest.net/licenses/regular_extended . Read them through and see. As long as it would be for a single site for yourself, with no re-distribution of any kind, I think the license accepts it.
Hi, Is it possible to have a pagination on the portofolio page, becouse we have too much items for only one page ?
You can not, since it uses isotope js for the items. However, you can create unlimited portfolio pages – so you could essentially create different categories and subcategories, and have them all listed in the menu dropdown under “portfolio”. That way it wont result in too many items, as it would only show items from a specific category, and it’s own sub-categories.
very nice
Good Luck !
Thanks!
this is really nice..
Glad you like it.
No way! Really close to finishing a theme and the header is pretty damn close lol! http://d.pr/i/4NzR
May have to rethink mine now
Anyway, nice work, good luck with sales!
Great minds think alike, isn’t that what they say?
Thanks!
Is it possible to use the blog function as the main page of the site? Also can articles be set to show full versions and now the READ MORE LINK ?
Thanks
Yes, blog can be set as main page layout, and yes you can show full posts if you want
There are plenty of blog options – here are some of them: http://i.imgur.com/k2GVh.png
It fits automatically for mobile devices, like Ipad , Iphone, etc?
Yes, resize the web browser window and you will see how it looks for iPad and mobile devices.
Great! Thanx!
Hi,
When i try to install the Intent theme it shows the following message: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
And doesn´t function.
The theme comes in a zip package. You need to extract the files from that zip first (it includes documentation, resources etc, which isn’t part of the theme itself), then inside that file there should be another intent.zip file. That is the one you need to upload.
Thank you again. Sorry ´cause i´m new to WP. How the slide images at the front page appears? THNX .
1. Create a page
2. Select “Front” page template in the right sidebar
3. Hit save
4. Click on the media button and upload your images you want in the slider
5. Go to the Gallery tab of the popup. Here you can enter optional caption text, link the slider image by putting the link in the description field or re-order the images by changing numbers 1,2,3,4 etc.
If you have any further questions, please use http://forum.wpbandit.com . Thank you.
Nice.
Thank you again.
This template has pretty much no documentation, how do i create thumbnails such as the one with the lion in it here http://demo.wpbandit.com/intent/home/example-2/
Set page template as “Front” and you will see all options appearing below. The thumbnails down there are portfolio items. Here is an example of how our demo front page is set up: http://i.imgur.com/GxMKV.jpg

We’ll make sure to update the documentation, thanks for the feedback.
Really nice one,
is there a boxed Layout included?
Thanks.
Thanks!
It is not, however we have a boxed responsive theme with same features coming next – release in perhaps 3 weeks though.
