Invictus - A Premium Photographer Portfolio Theme

I have one question. How can I group photos and present them into one lightbox gallery in the portfolio 2 columns template? Can I do that? For what I’ve seen so far, I have to add each photo individually and they will show all separatelly even if belongs to the same gallery cattegory. I dont know if you will understand my question. Hope you can help me.

I just bought your 45$ template and I tried to upload it on WP 3.5 directly with the zip file by the control panel… It says that : “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet” “Theme install failed.” ...

So now I do not now what to do with this…

I hope you could help me find a solution or in the other way refund me…

My web designer says “(this version of Invictus) seems to be either an outdated version or there are missing files. I was trying to get the videos to work like you wanted and I keep getting a warning saying “Videos do not work on this version of the theme”” Why is that? I downloaded and paid for this exact file and I also am using wordpress to build it.What could be the reason and how do you imput youtube videos: via embed code or actually signing into youtube and attaching directly?

Hi, I bought the theme long time ago and has always worked fine. today I looked at my website and all the content is not displaying. the only visible things are the logo, the menu and the footer.

Also I tried to see the posts from the dashboard and when you click view post it says nothing found.

hey, all of a sudden (honestly nothing was changed) the content does not appear on any page unless i click the hide content arrow and then reclick to show the content. there is also no background image at any point on any page.

is there anything that could be doing these two things?

the site has been taken offline with a plugin but you can see it using a log in i have made for you if you message me for the details.

I have the same problem as cj9580. There is no background image and the content doesn’t appear unless you hide and unhide the content.

Please help!!

Hi have updated to version version 2.6.31 and the content is back. I now have a different problem – Only the general tab in “Theme Options” has content, all the others are blank (“Hopepage, Colors, Fonts etc)

I had to restore a backup server. To activate the theme the following message:

“Forbidden

You do not have permission to access / wp-content/themes/invictus/doitmax_fw / / includes / activation.inc.php on this server. “

What I can do?

Hi Doitmax, I have the exact same problem as enricodeconti, the content of my customer’s website as completely disappeared, and it was working perfectly until yesterday! I dont know what’s going on, and how can a perfectly working site “auto update” and mess all up by itself, im very concerned right now, my customer is furious because he’s offline right now, and i dont have a backup. I CANNOT simply update the theme as u suggested, because i customized all the CSS and files. I hope you will find a solution very soon for me, i bought this theme long time ago, it was working fine, i dont unerdstand what you did. HELP PLEASE, and FAST.

Do you use any dynamic stylesheet languages (e.g., LESS, Sass, etc.) to generate CSS? My understanding is that editing LESS files is much easier than editing CSS.

This template is using PHP, not HTML. PHP is a specific programming language for the dynamic pages (e.g., shopping cart, database access, authentication, etc.), kind of like Java or .NET. I was expecting the template to be backend independent and can be rendered directly in the browser. Do you provide .html files? We cannot create a static website with PHPs.

Hi, loving the theme but having an issue, which has only recently appeared. I am not longer able to edit the html code of any of the pages or images. When I try to click the “text” button, it doesnt work. I have used multiple browsers, reinstalled the theme, cleared cache etc but still the same. I installed a new theme and it works fine but when I reinstall invictus the problem persists.

Any ideas?
