Hi Peerarpong, I purchased the IRIS Bold template and I need support regarding the following questions, which I believe are simple but I am not able to solve it: 1. I would like to reduce the width of the logo area. I have tried to reduce the logo but the white area remains the same. Is this possible? (I would like to attached print screens, is this possible trough this comment boxes?) 2. I would like to reduce the font size of footer. How can I do this? 3. I want to change (reduce) the font size of pages name, which I introduced in “Pages” settings, ), which appears above the text that we can use to describe the page categorie. 4. On contact page, how can I change the boxes color and its frames color?

Sorry it couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that
Did you know about Firebug a Firefox plugin?
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1843/ It will help you inspect all CSS and HTML elements, really help if you do a lot customizationThe main CSS file is /css/screen.css

You have to edit /css/screen.css file directly and upload it to your server once finished.

Hi PEERAPONG, I just purchased these beautiful theme and I have two questions:
1). where can I find the manual for the theme? 2). I am trying to change the “Iris” word and I went to General > Logo, uploaded a .png little test logo which appears somewhere else on the homepage instead of replacing the “Iris” word. What am I doing wrong? The test logo is a little Leica camera.

1. Please follow the theme’s instructions in /manual/index.html it will help you get through all theme features.
2. When you finish uploading your logo. Click on “File URL” button and then click on “Insert to post” button.

Thank you for your theme that is great.
I juste update my Wordpress version 5.1 and update your IRIS theme 1.3 the actual newest version.
Into Galleries when I edit a gallery and I clic on the ” add New ” button in front of the label ” Gallery Images ” There is no action to it. Meanning that noting happen after the clic. So it is impossible to add images to the gallery.
I put in wp-config.php the variable debug to true
define('WP_DEBUG', true);And I get this error under ” add New ” button :
Notice: Undefined offset: 815 in /home/www/laudeane/www/wp-content/themes/iris/plugins/shiba-media-library/shiba-mlib-add.php on line 67
Would you please fix the bug so my client could rest in peace.

1. Please try to put WP_DEBUG to false first.
2. Please check. There are javascript conflicts between theme’s script and plugin’s script. Try to disable all plugins
For the issue “add New” button I have severals errors on the console that popup :
GET http://my.domain.name/wp-content/themes/iris/js/cufon.js?ver=3.5.1 404 (Not Found)
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL

Hi and thank you for your great template. Before buying I would like to make sure that it is possible to set up different galleries, some protected, some not – with each containing up to 100 pictures?

Yes you can have multiple galleries styles and it also 100 pictures but I wouldn’t recommend since it’s too slow when loading your gallery.
Hi,
I saw your post about deleting the header on the home page of iris. I searched the code and tried to remove the header under “div.home_header” but found no “add display none;”. I’m not tech savvy; can you please walk me thru the exact steps in laymans terms and tell me where exactly I can find these commands? Thanks

hi.. can a make the homepage static with only one pic? ive looked around but cant find anything.. then i have problems with selecting a galleri for the homepage it now uses all pictures of my blog:/ need help!:)
