Jewelry Store Magento Theme

I currently have web hosting through Unlimited Web Hosting (co.uk). I’ve never used Magneto or any eCommerce site and was just wondering if I needed Magneto or could still upload and run this template via my web hosting. How does it exactly work? And do I need hosting specifically through Magneto, or will my current web hosting service suffice? Thanks.

When using secure URLs in both the frontend and admin, I encountered an issue with the Ajax search’s cross domain routing. Since both the frontend and admin routers’s frontName is set to ‘ajaxsearch’ the module forces https://. If you change the admin router’s frontName to ‘ajaxsearchAdmin’ the Ajax cross domain issue will be solved.

Are in the settings of this theme the option to make responsive or fluid? if not, can you do it for me? I have interest on your theme but only if that possibility is possible..

Hello, I purchased this template a while back and I have never been able to install it. There is always an ajax search error. I have tried installing on a new Magento install as well as an existing one with no success.

Hi. So i need to change the color of the text for input boxes. Most particular, the input boxes used at checkout. But i think its the same CSS for the search box text input too.

Hi, I have been uploading info into the template. The problem I am having is changing the image on the top banner under the breadcrumbs in the category views. I can’t figure out how to change it and make it to be appropriate for each category. Where is the code for changing that particular image for each category. I tried the “image” section in category setup, but it doesn’t change the long page expanse image, it puts a new one in the content area. Thank you!

Hi webdeziner, I have installed the theme on a test server few months ago and it is working perfect! Now I have to move it to the originals clients site and disable the test site. As we have only 9 products I decided I am not exporting the mysql database, but just imported the products from the magento backend.

However, every time now that I try adding an image to the product it either doesnt show, doesnt show the whole product or simply breaks the whole website.

Also – i added a page to the menu (adding it through categories and simply adding the URL key). However, when i click on the link it opens the about.html file instead of /about, meaning it opens just an empty category page instead of the about page. Can you please look into these issues. Hi, We managed to install the theme and upload some of the products but one category we created is not showing up in the menu. Everything is activated but the category is still not showing.

Im trying to install this for an client. Everything goes well after installation but for some reason when I do changes in the backend for example—disable the mage-review module the front end gives a “There has been an error processing your request

Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons. Error log record number: 1286489434787”

When I switch to a default magento theme the site shows but if I select the jewlery store template again the error page shows up again at the frontend.

Any ideas hwats going on here?
