Very good theme – looks great on a iphone 4S – I have a client who could use this now.

Feature request – woocommerce intergartion

Question – “Pricing & Plans” page – Could you integrate Woocommerce so that customers could select and buy their plan and pay for it online?

Thanks kindly!

Astoundify

Hey Kaga, Mike Jolly is working on WooCommerce integration with the WP Job Manager plugin, so as soon as he is done the theme will work with WooCommerce, the pricing page will have select buttons when you click an option it will take you to the WooCommerce checkout.

The plugin & theme already has PayPal & Stripe support using the Simple Paid Listings plugin. See: http://mikejolley.com/projects/wp-job-manager/add-ons/simple-paid-listings/

Cheers!

Hey, Resume’s will probably be an addon at some point. Mike Jolly the plugin developer has said its something he will be adding in the near future. http://mikejolley.com/2013/06/a-new-jobs-plugin-for-wordpress/#comment-964620274

Hello, we just wanted to let you know that the most requested feature for Jobify has arrived! Jobify has been updated to include complete support for Mike Jolley’s Resume Manager. Now users of your site can submit their resume to be browsed and viewed by potential employers.

Once you see active resumes on Jobify or view the submission page we know you’ll love this update as much as we do.

Thanks, Adam.

Hello, great work looks very clean!

For me, it would be interesting because I just have a customer for something like that if it were divided between job offers (companies) and job-seekers and they could then exchange here. So more as a job board / community. Are you planning a revision with something?

... forgot: Is it possible to look into the backend?

Astoundify

Feel free to install the free WP Job Manager plugin. Not much in the backend changes (we add a few more fields for featuring jobs, etc).

Hope that helps!

Cool work! :) Why no citypages? Would be much better for seo. If you provide citypages and link all cities – i would love to purchase :)

Astoundify

Glad you like it!

We have a little extension that you may find useful! We are waiting on a small update in the WP Job Manager plugin that will allow this to be utilized fully though.

https://github.com/Astoundify/wp-job-manager-locations

This will allow site admins to create a list of predefined “Regions” that will appear as a dropdown on the submission form. You will still enter a standard location, but this will allow a more standardized way of grouping locations if that is something you need. Then the location will appear with a link to the region on the job listing page.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any more questions.

CreativeRain

Thanks for your answer. So this feature is coming in a theme update in the future? :)

Astoundify

Definitely! Just waiting on the update for the WP Job Manager plugin, then we’ll be ready to add support.

Pre sales question.

The payment window on the demo is a modal pop up. Is there an option to have that as a dedicated page?

Astoundify

The demo uses Simple Paid Listings (http://mikejolley.com/projects/wp-job-manager/add-ons/simple-paid-listings/) which supports Stripe on-site payments (as seen in the demo) or PayPal which will take users off the site.

As far as a dedicated pricing page, you can use the pricing page template to display the price, but payment will still be made on the actual job listing preview.

If you use the Restrict Content Pro plugin, you may have a dedicated payment/register page through that. http://pippinsplugins.com/restrict-content-pro-stripe/

Within the next week or so when the WooCommerce addon is released, we will add support for that as well, which will most likely have its own dedicated pricing page as well.

Thanks – Is it possible to see the full documentation for set-up before purchasing?

I want to fully understand the integration with the plugins you list as they have their own costs associated that need to be considered. Thanks

It looks very nice, congratulations, but I think the absence of a search button is confusing. Only after trying I realized that the search starts after one leaves the field where the search term is added.

Secondly. on the homepage, the pins on the map change, but not the list of jobs below (which remains “recent jobs”).

Of course just my personal impression, but I would prefer some kind of search now button (even if just an image without functionality, as I understand every click outside the search box activates the search), and also an updated list of jobs after one types the search, and not only more targeted pins on the map. But very nice theme!

Astoundify

We are adding this feature in 1.0.1 of the Jobify theme.
