Why is the bottom of our Product pages broken up by the white boxes? They are not properly layering. example: http://stevedayrealestate.com/wordpress/product/30003-via-victoria/

“More Properties in this area” is cutting across the whole information at the bottom, which isn’t even sitting properly in the white box.

Please reply.

Hello,

I need some assistance with a few issues we are looking to resolve.

1. Volume Options: m, yd, in, etc. In the USA we have a need for ft (feet), properties are described at sqft or ft2.

2. Google Maps on Location or contact page is not reflexive. Is there a way to adjust this? http://www.oceansantamonica.com /shop/apartment/901…

3. Custom “Search our Property” – Really confused on this element. How can we get the correlation of what each drop down is calling information from? If this is not possible, then the js or php file it is using. Lastly, How do we remove it from all product pages. We were successful with removing from the home page using the settings in WooCommerce but the search stayed on product pages?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

You need to assign your home page to page template “Home”.

Tokokoo

Hi pinkdancer3555,

Last time we check, the photo itself is not shown on our desktop.

Like we said before, your image here http://www.jamesschwartzestates.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/jsestates.jpg show not found.

Have you try to re-upload your image?

Hi,

We purchased this theme and installed it here:

http://supergeeks.biz/stagingsites/gold_coast_real_estate

WP admin credentials have been sent to you via email, in case you need them.

I would like to let you know that some parts of the theme are completely broken.

For example:

1. Go to any property detail page, and it’s completely broken.

2. Add any widget to any of the sidebars, and the page breaks.

Could you please help? Maybe, this one was a buggy upload? Do you have the bug fixed version?

Thanks!

Tokokoo

Hi supergeeks

1) For Property Detail, please open your /wp-content/themes/joglo/woocommerce/content-single-product.php file and go to line 45.

Find the replacement script here: http://bit.ly/1rqFG8S

2) As for the widget, please add a Widget Title for each of them. It should fix the page layout breaks.

Hope it helps.

This theme has been a nightmare I’ve spent a lot of hours making it look like the demo, don’t waste your time or money buying it.

Hey, I just have a quick question to ask. I tried to install the theme, but it showed the info below: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Could you explain why and how I can do with it? thx

Tokokoo

Hi wanjiang,

Please make sure you do not upload the Joglo.zip package you download directly from ThemeForest.

You’ll need to extract it first and find joglo-x.x.x.zip file in it. (Note: x.x.x shows the theme version).

Finally, please upload the joglo-x.x.x.zip in your Install Theme menu in WP-Admin. You should get it going now.

If you’ve done steps above and still find the same issue (or any other issues) please submit your problem on http://tokokoo.com/ticketing

Hope it helps.

Hi, your theme says it have woocommerce on it, but on the whole preview we cant see a single “add to cart” button or even a clue of how does woocommerce shows in it… Can you give me a link to check that?

Tokokoo

Hi,

Add to cart button on our demo sites are not visible because we hide it using the plugin Xtensionpress Catalog Mode. But if you want to display it, you can deactive these plugin.

Thank you.

Hello, interesting theme but I am a little confused – you have responded in the comments to a customer regarding front end posting and charges with a customization offer – what is the point of integrating Woo Commerce in the theme and have no use for it? Real estate agencies/portals are not shops – noone sticks a house in a cart – we provide a paid service. The theme seems to but a basic agency website in which case there is absolutely no need for ecommerce solution of any sort. Would appreciate if you could explain the logic behind the theme. Cheers.

I understand that, what I don’t understand is what the Woo commerce integration is for, if none of the theme features provide support for it – like paid user listing submission for example?

Tokokoo

Hi,

Like i said before, All of woocommerce function working properly in the joglo theme. But, For “paid user listing submission” feature, i think it will need additional woocommerce extension. because woocommerce do not have the feature like that by default.

Default-user

No worries, I don’t think you understand my question at all. The feature has nothing to do as such with WoO commerce, more of the way you design a real estate theme to enable front end posting, that can then be linked to WoO commerce or any other payment option. You included ecommerce support for the theme that essentially can’t use it as it is for anything. Can’t think of an estate agent that would care to sell apples on it’s website, or any other product. It’s pointless given lack of features. Hence my question. Simply thought I missed something in the description, seems I haven’t. Anyhow, best of luck.
