You could assign the main menu to only certain pages where you want the actual menu, and then assign a “sub” menu in the module below the content.

Good day
I recently bought your product – installs fine – looks great, but I am having a difficult time implementing it.
I have set an Article to use the template (using Template Manager), however it still defaults to my main template. The instructions that came with the package were slim [a bit disappointing considering it was touted as having a lot of documentation], can you please assist me?
Specifically, I would like to know how I can point an Article/Module to the template.
Many thanks
Ryan
PS I really like the look, I just need better direction concerning implementation.

@winriver – You have to have a menu item already existing in order to assign the template. Please you the email form here to contact me and I can help you further with how Joomla works. Thanks!

You are losing customers because of themeforest. I am required to pay $20 minimum in order to be able to purchase your product that costs $8. That means I have $12 in the air. In one year, as I have read, that money just ‘expires’ into themeforest’s pocket. What do I do if I can’t find products that I would actually need to buy to cover the $12.00? What if I am only able to buy something else for $10? $2 is again going down the drain. I don’t think you have chosen the right platform to sell your theme from the ease of buy standpoint. I personally believe you’d be better off accepting paypal transfers from people through VirtueMart and Joomla since you seem to actually know what you’re doing.

I only waste my money, it dosen’t work, I have seen only this in my iPhone “Safari can not open the page because too many redirects occurred”

I bought the iphone template and am trying to get it functioning. My issue has to do with images. On the main template for the website, the width for content is 500px so I usually have my pics span that width. Well in the iphone template, the same articles are too wide and so it scrolls side to side and not just up and down.
Is there anyway, to have a clean up and down feel without my main site being affected by having to resize for iPhone.
goto… www.dnslns.com in your desktop browser as well as your iphone to see what I mean.
BTW … I have the iphone version redirecting to the IPHONE link at the bottom of the main page for now.

The template keeps breaking when I load an article. It reverts to a black on white rendering. Not what I wanted. How can this be fixed? I tried turning the template on site wide – just to see what happens – and the same error occurs. I’d pay $16 gladly if this thing worked.
PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO FIX ARTICLES BREAKING THE TEMPLATE

can you just post the instruction of the template. that the purchaser can follow it. just the template itself does help any thing. please.

Question? I like the style of the theme. On our site we offer video content would this template be able to support this? Example: www.cnet.com iphone mobile version.

love the design; however, I was having a problem with this. When I specified menu items to be in the template and then I went to anywhere on my main site, that would be the template that would come up in FF or IE. I was using the mobile bot plugin which I have confirmed that it works (http://www.nearsoft.com/blog/mobilebot-joomla-goes-mobile.html)
I was able to use any other template to show in a mobile browser and It would work perfectly. My default template on my PC would be displayed and the mobile template on my ipod touch would be displayed correctly; however I could not get this theme to work.
Spent about 2 hours trying out a couple different things. Don’t get me wrong I learned a lot about how servers detect which browser is being used by the user, so I geuss this wasn’t a complete waste of time. Just money

Well, I signed up to themeforest and was ready to purchase until I found out you have to deposit at least $20 to make a $8 purchase and forfeit the other $12 after a year. Not getting my money on that type of business model.
I’m dumbfounded as to why sellers even choose to use this service? “Depending on the volume of sales, the seller only received 40% – 70% of sales”?
Now how do I delete my account, I feel infected.
