Hey I sent you an email about a problem with the photos squeezing on my iphone when its in portrait orientation and about some freelance rates a week ago and have yet to hear back. email sent from theimageinterview
I replied to your email however I received a message failed notice. Will try resending the freelance one but here’s the fix for the iphone issue – just add this to your custom css box in the theme options page: http://snippi.com/s/kpftdpv
i added the below to the custom css but no change
@media screen and (max-width: 481px) { 2. .home .home-featured-wrap img, #featured-wrap img {height: auto !important;} 3. }
There is a 2. and 3., in the css you posted that shouldn’t be there
Great theme first off! Second, I was hoping you would know how to get rid of the post information to the left of the blog posts? Is there a way I can change the placement? Also is there a simple way I can change the preset logo size? Thank you for your time. Thank you for your time!
Genuinely, Kelsey
Just replace all the code in single.php with this code: http://snippi.com/s/4yer84v
As for the logo – depending on what size you’re using you would need to tweak the css – just add this to your custom css box in the theme options panel and edit to suit:
.logo img { width: 188px; }
Still love this theme.
Also, still curious about the following—I noticed there is nothing being written in the <title></title> area of the “home page”. Is there a way to pull the WP site title in to this area?
Hi, I am trying to find the function you use to fire the resize of images. My problem is that on infinite scroll the new images aren’t resized since the resize isn’t fired a 2nd time. (i reckon) change of window size make’s it work but centerImgs() doesn’t seem to do the trick.
You have any idea? you can pm me also bwilcox||ipnossoft||com
Cheers.
Could you send an email including your url so that I can check out the issue to info@creerthemes.com thanks
emailed you with my solution. cheers.
Email sent regarding my <title></title> question. Please take a look when you get a chance. Thanks!
Hello I am a potential buyer… GREAT THEME!!!! but just wanted to know how are VIDEO posts formatted and would be a be a taxing process to add a embedded video on the foundation blog template page. You know how you have just the simple text. What if I wanted to add a featured image for each posts or an embedded vid…thanks before hand…
Fabulous theme! wondering how to get the nav menu to layout across as in the demo, rather than stacked
You need to set up the menu in appearances > menus
Thanks for responding, Can you elaborate? I’ve created a menu in the menu tab and pages are added there, works like a charm. However, the nav displays stacked, not across like the demo.
Have you set the menu on the right hand side? Could you post the link to your site so that we can check it out, thanks
omg, I’m a dunce! thanks!
I purchased this theme and cannot get the menu bar to come horizontally, The About Page falls directly under the Home page and is to the far right of the page. Your sample shows the menu bar in one line across the page from left to right. Please assist. storiesfromanopenheart.com Thank you for your time.
You need to setup the menu in appearances > menus – there’s a tutorial here that should help: http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen
Thanks, worked great
Right, first off just bought the theme and love it. A couple of quick questions though:
1. The feature image seems to jump in its frame as the particular post loads … should I be cropping the image to a particular height to avoid this?
2. Some of my future posts wont contain featured images and so there will be a lot of white space on the home page scroller as a result. Therefore, I’m wondering is there anyway to have the post titles stack closer together in instances where a feature images is not being used?
Many thanks in advance, and once again – love the theme.
About to buy this theme but I have one quick question, I noticed that the full width images for each post change size accordingly to the window size. However, part of the image gets cropped out when you do this. Is there a way to set it so that you can always see the full image, while remaining full width. Like this site does: http://marshill.com/2013/03/26/stories-from-around-mars-hill-3-26-13
Please let me know! Thanks!
Hello, is it possible to have a landing page for this theme that can host a video background or player?
Background videos aren’t responsive I’m afraid – you can use background videos but it will compromise the responsiveness of the theme.
When adding media to the story box i generally use my iPhotos but I used a photo downloaded from a facebook page and it changed the layout of the post. Instead of the story falling below the photo on the left hand side, it put the photo more to the middle and the text began next to and to the right of the post. Is there a way to change this to match my other posts?
Sorry for the late reply, could you email the link to your site to info@creerthemes.com so that we can check out the issue, thanks
First, kudos on a beautiful theme.
Second, where can I locate the theme documentation?
The documentation is included in the theme – if you haven’t been able to locate it, try re-downloading the theme again.
Great theme, just 1 question. How do i set a profile picture for the author? or for other subcribers?
You just need to sign up to gravatar.com – for more info check out this article: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Gravatars
How can I get your shortcode buttons to open in a new window instead of it redirecting to a different page? Thanks, very much appreciated!
Just replace the contents of framework/shortcodes/button/button.php with this code: http://snippi.com/s/cri5wka – you may need to manually do this via ftp
Just bought this theme! wondering how I can change the size of the full width images in the blog roll, I like full width, but would like the height to be shorter. Also what are the optimal size and resolution for images? to improve load times?
Also I noticed the menu items seem to align to the top of my logo image.. how can I bump them down to be aligned by the center of my logo..

Alright, so a couple things.
For some reason, my posts’ text is really small. I want it to be Garamond, but it’s really tiny. Not sure how/when that happened. How do I change the size to something more readable—like it was originally, but just a hair smaller?
Also, I got rid of the post info on the left side of the posts so I traded codes for what you suggested in another comment above. But now I want it back because full-width with the tiny text is hard to read. I tried copy/pasting the old single.php code in again, and now my posts are kinda messed up. The title is indented, but the post itself is still full-width. And the text is tiny.
So here’s the deal. I like how the post info (by, short url, category, tags, words), as well as the ‘previous’ and ‘next’ post links, are BELOW the post itself. But I’d like there to be a sidebar-
either left or right-with Author info like how I can do with Pages. Here’s my Home Page: www.tonyrobledochicago.com
Here’s a Single Post that’s now kinda screwy: http://www.tonyrobledochicago.com/gospel-communities/ Here’s a Page that looks pretty close to ideal for Single Posts: http://www.tonyrobledochicago.com/md-residency/
