Hi,

beautiful designed! What kind of responsive technology are you using? Any framework?

Cheers

elemis

Hi,

Thank you for your comment :) We haven’t used any frameworks. Just media queries.

nice. Would it be possible to use div containers rather than pictures for the slider? and is there a way to let the slider fallback to arrows only in IE7 ?

PS: güzel çal??ma. te?ekkürler

elemis

Hi,

You can add content other than images in the div and give it a new class like for example:

.zetaTextBox {
    width:300px;
    padding:20px;
    background:#000;
    color:#FFF;
    -moz-box-sizing:border-box;
    -webkit-box-sizing:border-box;
    box-sizing:border-box;
}

But you will also need to edit this class with media queries for responsive design.

We don’t support IE7 but the slider works properly on IE7 .

Is there any way to do an image offset? Lets say I have all my thumbnails in one gallery. When they click say on the third image it auto scroll to that image?

I love this theme :)

elemis

Hi,

Thank you for purchasing Jupither. Unfortunately image offset functionality is not possible to have.

How is this admined if its not wordpress?

elemis

Hi,

This is a pure HTML template, it doesn’t include an admin panel. We are going to release Wordpress version of the template within this week.

What should we do with this template without wordpress support. Should we pay again for this theme with wordpress?

elemis

Hi,

HTML and Wordpress will be different products, so if you would like to have the Wordpress version you will need to purchase it as well.

We are not sure if you can get a refund for the HTML version but you can get in touch with Themeforest support regarding this: http://support.envato.com/

great site!!

is it possible to embed a swf or a movie file within the gallery view? thanks!!

elemis

Hi,

Unfortunately the gallery only supports images. You can try adding the video link to the image and add lightbox to this link so it will open with a popup.

Hi there,

Let me first say that I love the clean design. But, I seem to be having a problem with the thumbnail images only showing in Firefox and Chrome. When I click on a thumbnail to view more images, the slider container does not show the other images. I do not have this problem in Safari. Everything seems to work fine. It is only when I view the index in Firefox and Chrom that I this problem occurs. What could be the issue?

Thank you, dj

elemis

Hi,

Since some browsers deny local AJAX requests, the portfolio gallery template won’t run locally. Can you please test it on a working web server.

I agree it would be nice if when you close the gallery it bounces or slides to the top like the bottom footer arrow.

Is it possible though even though its not available?

elemis

Hi,

We added an option of opening galleries above the thumbnails so after closing, scrolling back to top won’t be needed. We’ll update the Jupither in the next few days.

Great work. Looks very good!

Trying to get some more gap between the images within in slider. Right now the images stuck to each other and I would like to display it more generously. Any idea where to edit that?

Thanks in advance!

elemis

Hi,

You can change the space between images by editing the “margin-left” value of ”.zetaEmpty div” in style.css. It is 20px by default.

Thanks for your rapid reply. When I edit this very figure from 20 to 50 px the last picture in that gallery is not being displayed. Any idea why?

Is there a limit in width or amount of pictures?

elemis

Hi,

- Sorry we forgot to mention that the margin should also be changed through the script settings. Please open the gallery html file and edit the zeta slider script settings like below:

$(document).ready(function() {
    $('#zetaSlider').zetaSlider({
        warningMessage:true,
        slideMargin:50,
        warningMessageTimeout:4000
    });
});

The slideMargin value should be equal to the margin-left value you enter in CSS

- There is no limit for the number of images.

That´s very helpful. Thanks a lot!

hi – i like your work. i have a question – is it possible to incorporate lightbox (or something similar) so you can click on an image in the slider and have a larger version to view?

thanks,

mike

elemis

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Jupither. We haven’t tried this but we don’t see any reason for it not to be possible since this is an HTML template. But please note that the portfolio script is a bit complex the way it is, so there might be complications.

This is a great template! I am using Portfolio II with only one row of thumbnails and the slider in the zedaTop position. When I open the galleries with Safari, there are image placeholders (marked with a blue ?) at the right side of my images. Safari is the only browser that is doing this. It seems as if the slider is expecting 8, 7, 6, and 9 images in the four galleries and gives me one blue question mark for each image less than expected. Any ideas? Thanks

elemis

Hi,

Can you please provide your website link so we can take a closer look?

elemis

Hi,

The question marks appear because the given image URLs are broken or there are no images with the given names. For example in the gallery “Black & White” there are 6 image links but only 4 of them work. You need to check the image URLs if you see question marks on Safari.
