Hi,

Thank you for the interest in Kallyas. The WPML plugin is not included as it is a commercial one and they do not have a license i could use. You will have to purchase that plugin as well if you want to use it.

Mr, Hogash, please see the topic above (jamessawle ) – people complain about the same thing that I’m complaining about – NOTHING IS ANSWERED IN THE CLOSED FORUM. You sell it as a great support, but support is way beyond any standards, it is WELL beyond your competition.

For some reason you feel ok with taking your clients money and simply forget them when they ask for adequate support.

I will continue posting my questions here instead of closed forum untill the support you label as ‘great’ is significantly improved.

I do not feel ok with taking money from my clients. As you can see, i am doing my best to constantly improving the theme and i believe that this is why we still have many sales. Regarding support, i see on the forum and our support staff are responding , however, indeed, i see there are a few threads that gets lost . Considering this, i will try to improve our support forum so that our staff never lose this threads again.

As a one among tons of unhappy customers – here is my promise to you.


1. I will do my best to dissuade my client from upcoming project NOT TO USE THIS THEME.

2. I WILL never make any purchase for any of my clients using your theme.

3. I will keep posting my questions here and not in the closed forum until support gets better.

6,800 purchases should get enough funds to provide an adequate support… I honestly swear, that every theme I bought on theme forest had better support than this one.
I just don’t see any justification for me not to raise a legitimate concern when I spend my hardworking money and get nada in return.

Hi Hogash, i just want to say that your theme its really great, one of the bests i´ve never seen, BUT, i think you should be more professional and treat your clients better, i been reading here posts about how bad is your support forum, and let me tell you that is true, i been waiting for a week with one question, somebody responsed but he just said that he have to ask to the developer or something, and after that answer a been waiting 8 many days, so let me tell you that you maybe are doing your best improving the theme, but looks like you do not accept the fact that your support team have not a good response time, and its true other themes here in themeforest have a better support compared with yours, so, try to open your mind about your costumers are telling you.

I can say that your theme is great becouse it really is, but you should understand to your costumers too, just as when you said that you had Personal Problems, so try to improve your support forum.

PostData: I don´t really speak english so i hope you understood what i said.

maybe you should to publish this on the main page to promise to your costumers and further costumers that you are interested in hear what your costumers have to say, as i said this is a great theme.

If you are planing to buy this theme but you dont know if its ok, let me tell you that is one of the best, but needs to improve his support service, but anyway still a great theme, in fact im planing to buy another license.

Does this theme have a mega menu … my client requres a mega menu so does it have one, or do you know of a plugin that works with this theme that will give me what I want…

Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t have a mega menu feature. however, the theme is compatible with Uber Menu from Codecanyon.
