Hello i am trying to edit the theme but cant get past the “Import Demo Data”. When I try importing it returns this error “A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.” The folder has the 777 access. Dunno what to do.
Have you checked your server logs? the logs will tell you what was happened.
Hi I have a problem with the (Hats) Ecommerce template homepage. The 4 product images below the slider are blurry. I am using high resolution images as the featured but yet its always blurry. But weirdly its shows high res when its zoomed in on the product page. How can I fix?

Another issue when someone click in a image from a gallery in a product, the image open in a window with a error message. Can you see that?

I hope I can get some help with two problems I am having with my homepage using Kancing:
1) how do I remove the extra white space under the top menu and homepage content?
2) how do I increase the size of the Revolution Slider images so they are the same width of the full screen homepage?
The appearance I am aiming for is the same as the demo site.

i managed to get the revolution slider to set to full screen by editing the settings in the slider to full screen… i should have realised that..
I still havent managed to remove the extra space between the top menu and the slider. Can you give any tips on how to achieve this?

When I set a product as highlight, it does not appear in the initial homepage…
what could be going on?
By ‘highlight’ here, do you mean set it as ‘Featured’ ?
Do you use the Visual Composer for your homepage?
If you do, please make sure you have use the element correctly along with their attribute (i.e if you choose only 4 Products and it’s Ordered by Recent Date, there’s a chance you have already more than 5 Featured Products and the one you set as Featured is the old/fifth one ).

There is a BIG ISSUE when you click in a photo of the product, it appears a window with error. Can you support this issue? In live demo it happens. Go to a product and try to click on a thumb of an image….
