Does this wonderful theme support WPML multi-language plugin?
Yes indeed. Cheers
HI, great theme.
I am using the jquery2 slider and i would like the picture to go full width and have text on top of it, (instead of shrinking the image to half)
How can i do that please?
There’s currently not an option for full width image with text displayed on top.
For a full-width image (ie. not half image with content next to it) simply leave the content area of the page blank and the full-width layout will be auto-activated.
The image dimensions for a full width image are: 840×270
We hope this information is helpful.

Hi there, I wondered if you could give any simple explanations as to why my client’s cuber slider is showing on firefox and chrome and not ie?
That’s a very great question. The CU3ER slider is rendering nicely in IE on our end.
We’re very happy to assist and provide a solution.
We’ll just need to take a closer look behind the scenes of your client’s website to determine the cause for the issue and provide the best solution.

I need help with a product I purchased ( Karma Wordpress) theme!
Sure thing my friend.
All of our Product Support is conducted via our TrueThemes HelpDesk.
1. How do you put the content on the iPhone on contact page?
2. How do you get a image in the sprite frame on home page? Replacing the img src link does not work, Setting a featured image as post with same gallery does not work.
Other than these 2 questions – Fantastic theme! :O)
PS 2. the small 4 sprite frame image holders.
Sure thing, we are very happy to assist you my friend.
Thank you so much for your interest in the Karma theme
Yes the orange bar is very easily achieved via Karma’s Site Options Panel.
An easy-to-use color picker tool enables the custom orange color you’ve posted.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.
Really looking forward to working with you.
i already have the Karma template, but without woocommerce, i am trying to install the woocommerce but it has a lot of errors. can you help me.??
We’ll just need to take a closer peak at your installation to determine what is causing the issue(s) and provide solution.
Hi I recently purchased the awesome Karma theme but i am having one small issue regarding apostrophe’s. I have tried replacing them with the ’ but after a few minutes they are reverting back to just ’ which obviously doesn’t display correctly in many browsers. Could you offer any explanation for this, i presume it is something to do with my database?
Sure thing – We’re very happy to assist. Please see our note below to the follow-up comment. Thanks so much my friend.
when i say I have tried replacing them with the ’ i have used the code & # 39 ;
Indeed sounds like a very interesting behavior by the theme.
We’re very happy to take a closer look behind the scenes and help you to resolve.
I purchased a while back and love the theme. I don’t use IE much, but recently viewed my site using IE 11 and it seems like the main page slider overlaps the content below. I realise Karma is not guaranteed on IE 11, just wondering if anyone else has this issue or is it just my site / browser / etc
Yes we’re very happy to take a closer look and help you to resolve.
I believe our support team has an IE11 fix already in their back pocket so all should be nice and smooth.
Please kindly submit a ticket on our secure HelpDesk so that our support team can gladly provide the details.
Looking at purchasing your theme – It looks very nice – nice job. One question, with the Demo Content Importer does it bring in the images as well?
Thanks so much for the kind words my friend.
The images on the demo site unfortunately have a license which does not allow for distribution.
The XML demo content comes with Karma placeholder images. (grey images with Karma logo).
Please let us know if there’s anything else at all we can do to help.
Just finishing up my third site created with Karma, once again the support has been top notch. I’m able to recommend Karma to my clients with confidence, knowing that if i hit a hitch the support team will always be there to help me out. Thanks guys
Awesome. We are so happy to hear this my friend.
Can’t thank you enough for your continued support of TrueThemes and Karma.
Cheers to many more great projects together.
Im using the accordion active 2 which is full length of page. Im using it for a sort of question and answer page. Ive copied and pasted lightboxes and callout1 & 2 into each slide, was slightly fiddly and had to have a play for layout to work. What im finding is some of my callout text disappears when in mobile mode. Am i using the right shortcode for the slide?
Great theme by the way!

I am trying to set up the following – 4 columns gallery where each of the 4 thumbnails would point to a different gallery (different set of pictures).
When I open your live demo, each of the icons on the gallery page shows the same 8 videos/pictures, how can I change that?
Sure thing Ladislav.
Here are the steps for unique images within the 4 Gallery pages:
1. Create all gallery posts and save them into 4 different post categories.
2. Create a Gallery page and choose the desired category from the “Portfolio Category” dropdown list.
3. Repeat #2 for the rest of the Gallery pages.
Here’s a Training Video outlining the Gallery setup process: http://vimeopro.com/truethemes/karma-wordpress-theme/video/29517285
That’s it! We hope this information is helpful.
Just purchased the theme. Can I use the jquery slider like on the homepage but on all pages?
This is unfortunately not currently built into the theme however it will be available very soon. We’ve built this functionality into the upcoming release of Karma, enabling easy selection of a slider on each and every page template.
We’re plowing through the to-do list and hope to release before the middle of the month.
An automatic email will be sent out once the update becomes available.
Thank you so much for letting us serve you.
Hi, I’ve purchased this theme a couple of months ago and I’m very satisfied with the ease of use of this theme, great work! However I recently upgraded to IE11 and saw that some of the layout is not showing correctly in this browser. Older IE versions and Chrome are still fine. For now it looks like only IE11 has this issue. Any idea if this can be fixed?
Thanks so much for your Karma purchase my friend.
We’re very happy to further review the site and try to provide the best possible solution. We’ll just need you to please kindly provide some more details about the layout items you’ve mentioned.
Hi True Themes,
I’ve just recently purchased the product and am getting quite familiar. I keep trying to make changes and most of them say they are only for the ‘boxed layout’ design, including the main menu font color and background images. I’ve been able to change the main menu font color for some pages however I don’t know which all are ‘boxed’. Also, even on the boxed, I can’t get a background image to work to save my life. I’ve uploaded several as well as chosen what comes with the template and don’t see any changes. Any help would be so much appreciated!
The main menu font color is a global change that should work nicely on boxed and non-boxed layouts.
As per the body background images, these will only display within the boxed layout option.
If images not showing up we just need to take a closer peak behind the scenes of your website to better determine the issue and provide the solution.
Thank you, I am doing that now. I found several cases where things should be changed across the board and they don’t seem to be working properly so hoping to get this resolved asap.
Dear customer support,
Thanks for the opportunity. I have Karma theme and I am willing to do some modifications to the theme, starting with the blog sidebar size. I want to resize the width of the blog sidebar a little bit plus I am willing to change the colour of that area where is the blog sidebar. But I dont know how to do it, can be possible to do such modifications with Karma?..
We’re currently not available for custom coding work however we’re very happy to point you in the right direction for this modification.
We highly recommend using the Firebug Plugin for FireFox to “inspect” the website and better determine the ID and Class names of the items you wish to modify. You can then simply add the custom CSS into Karma’s Site Options panel and all will be well.
Firebug is a free Extension for the FireFox web browser and can be downloaded here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firebug/
Also here is a YouTube video (not recorded by us) which outlines an overview on using Firebug to modify a websites CSS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eTW8-C6_gk
We hope this information is helpful for you.
If you’ve got any additional questions please kindly submit a ticket on our secure HelpDesk so that our dedicated support team can gladly provide assistance.
And I have another question: is there a way to make the karma theme load speed faster?.. Thanks
Yes sure thing.
There are a variety of things that can be done to speed up ones Wordpress website.
We are very happy to check out your website and help to make some recommendations for you.
Please kindly see our response to your inquiry above and submit a Ticket on our HelpDesk with some more details about your website so we can best assist you with this.
Thank you so much
I have the following: Karma will not work well with Jetpack’s Photon for the images at the top of each post/page. It works flawlessly for the homepage slider, though.
What seems to happens is that the JS code for the image placeholders on the top of the post/page does some image redimensioning but leaves information for the full-sized image on the HTML: Photon will only read that and send the wrong image, which will “spill over” and flow over the text. It’s harder to describe than to actually see it in action! Just turn Photon on, refresh your cache, watch a post/page with an image on top, see what happens, turn Photon off, refresh cache, everything’s back to normal.
On a Photon-related thread here, it was suggested to turn Karma’s form builder off, even if I don’t know why that should be affecting Photon’s image resizing issues, but that had no effect.
Thanks for any help!
Sure thing Gwyneth we are very happy to assist you with this.
We’ll just need to take a closer peak behind the scenes of your website so we can better determine the issue and provide the best solution.
Things are now weirder. Now (with Photon turned off) the homepage slider is strangely resizing the images from 920×360 (the alleged default; I’ve checked, and the featured images on the category for the home slider are correctly uploaded at that size) to 840×270 (). This most certainly didn’t happen before, and the only change was that someone corrected a spelling mistake on the homepage and did an “Update” — since then, we get this odd behaviour.
I installed one of the many thumbnail regeneration scripts as suggested on a different thread and tried to follow the relevant tips on the KB and here on these threads (e.g. re-checking CSS, turning responsive design on/off, etc.)
I haven’t even submitted a ticket for the Photon issues, because, for now, this is more urgent — I’ll follow it up on your HelpDesk.
Thanks for your availability
Yes very strange indeed. Sounds like it could perhaps be related to the web server or perhaps it’s a plugin conflicting with the theme? We’ll just need to take a peak behind the scenes to find out for sure.
Please kindly submit a Ticket on our HelpDesk so we can get you all squared away.
Thanks for the fast reply. I did submit a ticket (took me a while!). In the mean time I think I’ve managed to get a temporary fix. Someone on that website, in the attempt to fix the image resizing on the slider, had added extra CSS on Site Options > Styling and CSS tab, to force the images to have 920×360. After several attempts to tweak that, I finally removed it. The result was that the images on the slider now get an extra frame (instead of filling the whole slide area), but at least they aren’t distorted/truncated, so this should be god enough until I get a permanent fix from your technical support team
Thanks again for your availability to fix those little things…
